Took my mom in for an appointment with Elissa the other day and she was nothing but kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. We didn't feel like we were being shuffled through or sold to. She listened to our needs and focused on how she could help. If only Boca had more people like Elissa working in healthcare, our seniors would be so much better off. We walked in with mom complaining about her hearing aids and walked out with me confident our problem was solved. Would recommend to anyone looking for this kind of service.

I’ve been hearing impaired for 20 years. I live in Pennsylvania and I have my local audiologist who is great, but when I was staying in Florida helping my 92 year old Mom, my hearing aide broke! I needed help and Elissa was an absolute life saver!Cindy the receptionist, is very efficient and caring. Elissa is wonderful, caring, knowledgeable and kind. I am so fortunate to have found Royal Palm Hearing. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Elissa and staff are amazing! They are always available for questions or any concerns, and go out of their way to keep their clients satisfied. Elissa goes above and beyond to make sure that everything with the hearing set up is perfect- including ensuring that cellular phones and other devices are paired and work to perfection. I highly highly recommend- and would give them 100 stars if I could!

Elyssa and her team are game changers, life improvers who understand human connection. I was having real issues with the condition of hearing loss. Elyssa's counsel gave me great comfort and her expertise with hearing loss, related technology and local specialists set me on a path of solutions where now, I feel like I am hearing normally again. I am enjoying listening to music again, going to movies and meeting with friends at places in loud environments. Thank you Elyssa and team, you have restored my confidence and enthusiasm to enjoy a full life again!

I have been going to RPHAC for almost 30 years and every time I have attended there, they have gone out of their way to help me find the best HA's for my level of deafness over the years. Both Mel and Elissa are amazing people and they take their time with me to make sure everything works properly. Elissa and I have developed a wonderful friendship outside of the RP Hearing Center that has lasted since I started there. I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs good quality hearing aids and service.

I first met Sondra Sorkowitz and had my hearing tested by Mel Sorkowitz last week. Today I met with Elissa Lejeune to fit my new hearing aids. The staff at Royal Palm Hearing Aid Center, their methods, high quality care and technology are impeccable.
I highly recommend this office to all who are looking to learn what they have been missing through their hearing loss.
