I took my 97-year-old mother-in-law to the “Rooms to Go” store on Glades Rd in Boca Raton, Florida. She’s moving into an assisted living facility and needed some living room and dining room furniture that would fit in her small apartment.We worked with a great sales person, Ray Matt, who was happy to spend plenty of time to make sure “mom“ got the furniture she wanted.Ray delivered one of the nicest sales experiences we’ve ever had at a retail store!Go see him!

I visited the ROOMS TO GO on Glades Rd, Boca Raton and was greeted by Ray Matt. He listened to my wishes, was very informative. Showed me all my options and I was out in 30 minutes . My delivery will be Friday and I’m very happy!!

What a shame, I always loved Rooms to Go until my last experience with an either inexperienced, or I'm definitely convinced, a non-caring sales representative named, Nancy Shapiro. I ordered a beautiful white table and a "white" desk. I specifically informed Nancy that my house is pure white, so whatever I order, it needs to be very white, not off white, not cream. When the furniture arrived I noticed the desk looked light grey. Sure enough, the wrong item (color) was sent to my house. What infuriates me is that the sales person, Nancy, tried to convince me that the desk was white! She had no idea the wrong item was sent. To add insult to injury, I called the manager (Shaquana) no one knows how to spell her name and she never bothered to call me back. I'm a 63-year old grandmother raising her 2-year old granddaughter and I don't need this aggravation!

I had a great experience at the Rooms To Go in Boca! I am in the process of redecorating my condo and decided to go there to check out the Memorial Day sale. I ended up purchasing a living and dining room set.Our sales associate, Don Gomez, greeted us with a smile. He was very friendly, informative, and above all, extremely patient!! He was never pushy or annoying, as some salespeople can be.It was such a pleasure doing business with him!
