I’ve been in this store multiple times, it’s always a mess, boxes everywhere, can barely walk through. The sales people couldn’t be bothered to help you or even acknowledge your presence. Overall it’s very disappointing.

I have been purchasing items from Prince and Princes for almost 4 years now. Natalie is a pleasure to work with. Marla is very helpful as well. They have items here that you can’t find anywhere else. It is a pleasure to walk into that store and know that they are knowledgeable about the items and quality of their merchandise!

Can’t say enough good things about this place.We purchased furniture for our first born during the pandemic and now went back to purchase for our upcoming baby’s nursery.Natalie was so professional. We went to see her on a Friday, by Tuesday she had found the furniture we wanted and got it delivered to us on the same day.The dresser unfortunately arrived cracked and Natalie went above and beyond to ensure we would get a replacement. The replacement arrived promptly and in perfect condition and Natalie communicated with me through the whole process.We love our products from this store and have now received excellent customer service twice.We will always come back to this store.

I ordered an expensive stroller in Jan 2021 from Natalie because I wanted to support local and she was helpful when i went to go look at it. We live in indiana but come to Boca frequently. Everything was communicated through texts including receipt. When the shipment arrived there were missing items which she quickly got resolved. The stroller converts to a double. I’m now pregnant and need to figure out what we actually ordered and what we need to buy to convert it. All my texts are deleted from 2 years ago. I have reached out to Natalie through text, phoned the store, and emailed multiple times with no response for a month now. I understand why people choose to order directly from a big corporation instead of local now because of lack of communication and customer service. The store is cute inside if you need to buy clothes but big purchases like this I would never recommend shopping here.

Loved the selection here, wonderful customer service from the moment I walked in. Unique items and wonderful personalized gifts, from new born up to the tweens . To be completely transparent I found a few things I'd could consider buying for myself and my girlfriends yes even a 66 year old grandma found this place Absolutely a treasure for gifts for boomers too

What a great place to buy a baby gift!!! So much to choose from and the woman who works there is always so helpful. I love how they will personalize items if needed.

Fabulous store! The best kids store in the area in my opinion. They are so helpful! I bought a crib and dresser from here for my first child and found the process so simple and pleasant I thought it would be like that everywhere so when my 2nd child was born I went to a couple of stores that were closer to my house thinking it would be the same experience and quality. Boy was I wrong. After several headaches dealing w other stores and actually ordering an item that ended up being bad I went back to Rooms for a prince and princess and Natalie got me exactly what I was looking for (a dresser) and delivered it in less than a week. When I need more kids furniture or kid stuff in general I am heading straight here even if I have to drive extra.

I love this store! They have a large selection of baby furniture, accessories and clothing. They do a wonderful job embroidering and personalizing anything in the store. The sales people are very informed and helpful. I highly recommend this store.. Everyone I sent gifts to are extremely pleased with the gifts.

If I could put zero I would. The owner is beyond the most disrespectful human I have ever spoken to. The employee Natalie is incompetent to do her simple job. Do not believe anything they say to you because they will wheel you in to spend a lot of money under false pretenses. DO NOT SHOP OR HAVE A REGISTRY AT THIS PLACE!!!I love to support small business but not when they lie and deceive people. I will never recommend this store to anyone!!!

They lure you to do a registry, offer you a 10% credit based on the purchases from your registry, and then ignore you when you ask for the credit. So much so that the man who owns the store will scream and curse at you accusing you of being in desperate need of money when trying to use the credit they promised you. He seriosly curses at you!
