I joined Rodsquad on Oct. 4, 2023 at 138 lbs. Today, Jan. 4, 2024, I am 123 lbs. I have more energy and am more mindful of what I eat and how I move daily. What makes Rodsquad unique is that you get mindset, nutrition and exercise programming that, if implemented, will give you a healthy lifestyle that you can follow for the rest of your life. Everyone gets a one-on-one meeting with Rod who will design your program based on your goals, your food preferences and what you can commit to in terms of cardio exercise.The sessions consist of weight training 3x a week plus cardio on your own. I have committed to walking an hour a day and it has made such a huge difference in terms of my mental and physical health. No need for fancy or crazy exercises. Walking works and it is something I can do well into my golden years. Regarding the in-studio workouts, each lady gets her own weight station so you complete your sets according to your own pace. Each session lasts about an hour and there is a maximum of 6 women working out for that hour. The camaraderie in the studio is also amazing because the ladies and the coaches are all very supportive of each other. Ladies, if you want to lose fat, build muscle, be healthier and stronger, I highly recommend Rodsquad!!!

Rod Squad is a terrific small group strength training workout program that is specifically tailored to the clients level of fitness. There is no sharing of equipment and each participant has her own station for the entire session. Rod Cortizo is the owner and he is extremely knowledgeable and committed to making every client feel supported & accountable in a comfortable and positive atmosphere. I always look forward to my workouts at Rod Squad and feel bad when I miss a class!

I am ending the year stronger, both mentally and physically stronger, thanks to Rod from Rodsquad, who keeps encouraging me to push beyond my self-imposed limitations and holding me accountable.I never want to wake up to a ☀️??❓text! ?Thank you, Rod, for meeting me for our 5:30 am sessions, even if I was the only one who was going to make it. It only made me push harder and this week broke several PRs!It’s been seven months, and I finally feel like my old self again! ?? ??

My journey with Rodsquad has been motivating, fun, & totally addictive! I enjoy & look forward to the beautiful friendships & camaraderie of everyone who is a part of this team ! The powerful learning tools that this atmosphere provides & what Rod has taught me how to change my approach and really embrace the ability to focus my mind & muscle connection. Learning to be dedicated with how I feed my body & proper training! This is what Rod & Kate offered to me back in July ,and in just 5 months my body has made significant progress & I now feel happier & more confident in everything I set out to do ….. He promised not to fail me & he kept his promise, I absolutely trust his knowledge & it shows !Almost 20 lbs gone ??

I’ve seen significant changes in my body since starting here. Love Rod, he gives great advice and has helped me transform my body into one that i am confident and comfortable being in and showing off. By far the most effective workout. Rod helps you focus on form so you’re not wasting time. Lean muscle = increased metabolism = strong bones. Very motivating as you’ll see results!!

I have tried every single workout out there. I have cut out carbs. I have done all kinds of crazy eating rituals. I kept increasing weight, I bulked up and I was miserable because I couldn't eat. Rodsquad has changed all that. I eat carbs, I exercise less and now I have lost 14lbs in 10 months. I feel great, I am toned and I'm wearing clothes I haven't worn in years. I look forward to my workouts. I love the weekly zoom meetings. I love the attention they give you when you are giving up or confused. I highly recommend. This is the way to go, only if you are serious about looking amazing. :)

I've been on the RodSquad for 4 months and its been a great journey. The workouts are apt for strengthening not just my body but my mind too. I feel encouraged to try new things, heavier weights, extra reps and challenge myself. I get 1:1 attention from Katie and Rod. When I was enrolling, I had asked Katie help for being held accountable for my workouts and both Rod and Katie have kept their promised and keep me on track. I'm amazed and thankful for Rod checking in on me DAILY. He gives me tips on alternatives and also is helping me plan my diet to get a greater impact. Thank you RodSquad for your endless efforts!

My experience with Rodsquad has been a very positive one. I am impressed with Rod's genuine concern with my daily progress. He is friendly and easy to communicate with. Furthermore, he gives sound advice about the workouts and the meals. Due to his encouragement, I have kept up with the daily routines and I am losing weight. I set a phone appointment and was notified up until 15 minutes before the appointment that I was to expect a call from Kate. 15 minutes after the appointment I texted and 10 minutes after that she said she had back to back appointments and was apologizing and said if you change your mind about our program, I understand. I said, it's ok you can call me now. No call or text.
