I have no words. Been a month, and no reply to emails or phone calls...Order was sent to wrong address (my mistake) was sent back to them, they got it, and cannot reach to have them reship, refund etc.

Cannot accept returns for orders from their website. I expect that from a high end brand. They published on Google Maps that they close at 6:00, but they locked the doors at 5pm.

Would not exchange a shirt for a different size despite having the receipt and tags on the shirt. They were arrogant, unhelpful and unfriendly. I won’t go back or patronize their store again.

The shirts are beautiful. I own 4. Customer service is lacking. I called them 2 days in a row to ask important questions regarding a newly online-ordered shirt. Not only do you have to leave a recorded message but your phone call is NOT returned. Not acceptable. Look for a store. I will never order through their online service again. It’s an inconvenient convenience.

The best. Robert Graham has amazingly beautiful clothing line. The designs are unparalleled as are the choices of color. The staff is helpful and knowledge in every aspect of the store. Highly recommend.

My wife & I are Robert Graham fans & there’s no company store in my area. I’ve visited this store in the past when visiting friends & family in South FL. Darwin Rijo Catano is one of the managers at the Boca store & he has been super helpful to me in making selections and getting them shipped to us. We appreciate him a lot - go see him....or just call, text, or email him. He is always prompt to respond.
