people beware. Ro is never in the office, the two women who work here- provide the WORST customer service you will ever receive. RO- if you train your staff to hang up on clients- good job you just lost them to competitors.

I recently asked for a quote at Ro Rabozzi’s agency and have been working with Geoff T. I had several policies in 3 states. Geoff was extremely helpful and detail oriented. He was able quote me on all of my policies and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I switched to State Farm and very happy with my decision.
