Grace took her time to explain different ways, and broke everything down into detail. She was very polite, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable!!

I would leave 0 stars if I possibly could. I have been a client of theirs for a long time. Never an issue, when it came time to renew, I was given the ultimate bait and switch. Made a few changes on my plan that I was told would reduce my payments. After the 1st payment my insurance immediately jumped back through the roof for no reason. I called in to speak to the agents, no one could explain it to me. I then asked to speak to the person who owns the Agency Rick Sanchez.
The ladies there would not set up an appointment for me to have that happen. Not only that, but every time I tried to call, they wouldn’t answer half the time. I then called in to cancel my auto insurance, they wouldn’t send me an email confirmation that it was done, very rude, and really don’t give a damn about helping you make the best decisions when it’s THEIR JOB.
Finally I called in a few days ago to cancel my home insurance with them. I spoke to someone outside their office. They sent it over to them to have them put in the cancelation. Of course this office NEVER DOES ITS JOB and it wasn’t done. Thankfully someone new answered the phone this morning by the name of Michael, and actually did his job, made sure my policy was cancelled, and SENT ME AN EMAIL FOR CONFIRMATION. That was the only positive thing that has happened with this Agency.
