Rich was wonderful to work with. He went out of his way to help us find the perfect home. We were introduced to Rich and Ann through a mutual friend shortly after deciding to sell our house in New York and move to Florida full-time. From the get-go we sensed this would not be the typical broker/client relationship. Separately and together they took the time to walk us through the process and really try to understand our needs. We wanted to rent a house in Woodfield Country Club first to enjoy the lifestyle and make sure it was a good "fit." Within days Ann sent us options and we had a house leased a few weeks later. Ann and Rich paid attention to every detail and went way above and beyond to make the move easier. They helped us with resources, getting the lay of the land and were just super present. A few weeks after moving in, I mentioned to Ann that there was a house posted on Zillow I really liked and had been watching it for a few months. Her immediate response was that she knew the house well, it was special and we should just take a look. As soon as we stepped onto the property, we knew it checked all of the boxes. Together, we talked through the options and ramifications of accelerating our purchase timeline and put in an offer. There were several challenges that had to be managed through contract and closing and their counsel was invaluable. I want to emphasize Rich and Ann's professionalism and knowledge. They have a thorough understanding of a real estate transaction, know their market, are extremely ethical and work tirelessly on your behalf. They go way above and beyond expectations and you cannot have a better advocate in your corner. It has truly been a pleasure working with and getting to know them. We cannot recommend them strongly enough!
