Do yourself a favor and Stay away!!
Very poor service!
They will over charge you.
Their price list is not relevant and being a long time customer is not relevant, When they decide they can try to get more money out of you they will find a way to do it claiming this time was different even if you get the exact same thing you always get.
They only care about their money.

Nice looking place, great atmosphere. Just moved here and really wanted to like this place bc it’s right by my gym. UNFORTUNATELY, the nails (I got gel) don’t last, started pealing off in less than a week. On top of that, I was there for “3” hours for a mani pedi!!! Not going back bc it takes too long and the way they put the nail polish on it doesn’t last. They were very friendly though if that’s what you’re looking for in a nail salon. Oh and they do honor take credit, cash only or Venmo or Zelle. We all know why that is…

I love RN! It is so clean, quiet and everyone is friendly and personable. I can actually relax there! I have been to many nail salons in Boca but I feel they are head and shoulders above the rest. I go every three weeks for dip manicure and a regular pedi. I use Lisa who I call my nail ninja! There is nothing she can’t do! I wanted ombré nails this time for my cruise, I also had a broken nail that needed a tip and 3 toenails that needed xtra care as well. She works her magic and you would never know I had any issues at all! Every time I go in she say do you have a picture for me! I spend to much time in Pinterest!

I had a last minute event and needed a basic manicure. It was Friday at 2 and my regular salon was booked. I went here once a long time ago and wasn’t thrilled then but I’ve been seeing reviews lately and saw that they went through a remodel so I thought I’d give it a try. They were nice enough to take me without an appointment and my nail tech was very nice and my nails look good… but…. Polish selection was limited and the same reason I wasn’t happy years ago is the same reason I wasn’t happy now. The cuticle clipper was taken out of a plastic storage box and used directly on my nails… no alcohol and it wasn’t in a sterilized container. When she was done she put it back with her other tools. I’m not a Germaphobe but that’s 2ce… no third time for me.
Cleanliness: Place looks clean.

I came here once about 5 years ago, something bothered me then but I decided to give Red Nails another chance and I've been seeing good reviews. I was hopeful that I would have a pleasant experience. My manicure was fine. The salon has had a total makeover and looks quite nice. Prices are higher compared to other salons in the area. I don't mind paying a higher price point if the service is good and I feel comfortable. What bothered me years ago, is the exact same thing that bothered me on this visit. It has to do with the perception of sterilized tools. When I see a nail tech take a cuticle nipper out of her personal tool kit and it isn't in one of those sealed packages I assume they are going to wipe it down with alcohol. When they don't do this and then place it back in the same box after using it, I cringe. It's the thought of not knowing 100% if it was clean or not. IMO cleanliness and hygiene are top priorities, especially when it comes to personal care services in a nail salon. The perception of sterilized tools is crucial for the peace of mind of customers.
