My daughter and I had a very nice experience with Jayne for her 1st piece of jewelry for her 16th birthday. Jayne was very helpful and patient with my daughter and showed her everything from earrings to brackets… she decided on a rose gold necklace with a butterfly ? which compliments her red hair… I never would have thought of that. Kelly was very happy with her decision and will always cherish the necklace ….will definitely go back.

Worked with Charlene for several months to find the perfect timepiece. I was on the way out of town for a business trip when the perfect piece became available. She worked with me to arrange effortless payment and overnight shipping to my destination, arriving just in time before leaving the country for a few weeks. So excited to have the watch I’ve been searching high and low for, at a competitive price in time for my trip. Her attention was above and beyond, a truly wonderful customer service experience.

I have bought many unique pieces from this Jeweler over the years. I like that they have a large selection of men’s watches and jewelry, but most importantly, when I want a gemstone of a certain color or material or a watch that they don’t have, they search for it and get it at a fair price. That’s what makes them special.

I purchased my first watch from Dawn; she gave the best customer service, and I couldn't beat the price. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable.Update: I made a second purchase at the store and the experience was amazing, everyone was so helpful, and believe me when I tell you that I received the best deal possible.
