I recently moved to the area from NY ( I know, you all must hear that a ton, sorry for that. <---- Insert emoji of choice here ) and naturally found the beauty of South Florida inspiring enough to get my outta shape a** ... into shape.I was lucky enough to have a network of people who ultimately put me in touch with the crew at Raw Fitness. From the beginning they have exceeded expectations... initial meetings, listening to my goals, the sessions, the overall welcoming/ encouraging environment couldn't be more on point.A little nugget about me, Im 41 with days to go until my 42nd year. As mentioned I've been in the rat race of Manhattan for far too long and haven"t necessarily treated my body the way it should have been treated. Late nights and early mornings don"t leave a lot of time for fitness, ya heard.On Jan 5th, with all the hesitation in the world, not to mention a bit of shame I walked into Raw to meet Anthony, my new trainer. Feeling all types of awkwardness I answered a few questions about my health, habits, fitness goals and was put to work.in a short two months time I can say I'm a new person. I feel great. I look forward to the sessions and I see results, definitely excited for the journey to continue.The gym was always a place that made me nervous, where I felt outta place. I can say with the professionalism, kindness and knowledge of the crew at Raw I no longer feel that way.Shout out to my trainer Anthony for your guidance, patience and knowledge. My guy puts me to work and Im here for it, helps me be a better me. This is my second season training with Sarah at Raw Fitness in Boca. As a trainer, Sarah is a rare combination of high energy, youth, professionalism, kindness and knowledge. Even after COVID-19 hit, she found a way for me to keep exercising by designing workouts I could master at home until I was vaccinated. Now back at the gym, I am very impressed with all the measures being used to insure a clean, safe, socially distant workout environment.For anyone looking for privacy and cleanliness, Raw Fitness is your solution! Highly recommended!
