Terrible experience. Took at look under the cabinet for about 10 seconds and said my Cabo eta would need to be pulled out. Then put me on the phone with someone who immediately told me that it wasn’t worth submitting a claim because our insurance would deny it . She said we would need to pay cash. No thanks, bye

We are so grateful that we called Rapid Restoration when my moms house flooded from a faucet in the powder room. When we came into the house there was water everywhere. As we were squeegeeing water out the front door my mom called Rapid . They were there within 90 min on a Sunday afternoon with a very experienced team . They immediately began to address the water from carpets, baseboards and fixed furniture. The fans and dehumidifiers were in place within hours. They came every day for 5 days to test walls and areas that were soaked . The team was courteous and experienced. We are grateful that we called Rapid with Enrique Sablon’s team. They made a terrible situation tolerable . Danny was amazing too . Thank you Rapid.

A very bad experience with Rapide Restoration. I would never use this company again. I called them after hurricane Ian. They arrived when they were supposed too. I signed the contract which stated a reasonable amount on a broken tablet screen. I was told by the representative, do not worry, we will bill the insurance company and they will pay. It will all be taken care of. You will not even see a bill. Well the insurance company refused to pay and I requested to see the invoice/bill. Rapide Restoration charged me/insurance company 66k for mold remediation. There was a charge of 30k for taking out the drywall and a charge of 36k for equipment use. My home is 2 stories high, I had wind driven moisture on the second floor and no mold, no water damage. They cut out drywall everywhere and found no mold. I was told by the technician upon my return, there is no mold and I cannot keep cutting out your 2nd floor. I said, ok...I was charged for mold remediation, anyway. On the 1st floor, water came in over the sliders, the 1st floor had some water on the floor. There were places where the floor was totally dry. Again no flood. I was told, I had to leave and could not stay during the demolition and remediation process. I told Rapide where the standing water was and was not. I told them, what rooms to look for mold and rooms not too, because there was not water in there. I told them not the kitchen and not 2 of the downstairs bedrooms and bathroom. They tore out my kitchen, one of the bedrooms and the bathroom. I was totally shocked, the next day to see my kitchen and bathroom on the sidewalk. I still have not been payed be the insurance company in over a year. Rapide has put a lien on my house and threatening court procedures and foreclosure to satisfy the lien. They have sent me a revised bill for 53k, but still has the original lien for 66k. I am now hiring a lawyer and will end up in court. My take away from this experience ask for upfront costs in writing. Ask to see charges during and before completion of service. Do not trust these guys to do want you want done. Oh, of note, there was a charge of 2k for 1 hour for a A/C vac technician...I would stay away from Rapide Restoration. They will prey on you and your emotions during a time of crisi.

I had seamless mold remediation process with this company. From the time I scheduled the consultation, to the end of the project, their professionalism was impeccable. Enrique was very knowledgeable and responded timely to my many text messages. David and the guys were also very respectful of our home and worked quietly (so important as I see patients online at home) and efficiently. I hope I never have mold again, however, in the unfortunate event that I do, I would absolutely call them again. Thanks again guys!Services: Mold inspection

Rapid Restoration Recovery has been a pleasure to work with from the beginning of our mold remediation process to the end. We had an AC unit leak in our attic, which caused thousands of dollars of damage. While another company we contacted told us they would not be able to begin removing damaged material for more than a week, Rapid Restoration had people at the house the very next day. Pamela did a great job coordinating the work and communicated with our insurance company throughout the process. We didn't have to do a thing!Lucas and the rest of the team did a phenomenal job taking out the damaged drywall, carpet, etc. They screened off the rest of the house with plastic and did such a thorough job that we felt totally safe as the dehumidifiers and fans worked to remove the rest of the moisture. We were so pleased with the progress that we are now relying on them for the reconstruction. We can't say enough to recommend this company. It is our first experience with an insurance claim for water damage like this, but thanks to Rapid Restoration, it hasn't been the nightmare that we anticipated.Services: Flood restoration

We set up the appointment one evening and the next day Enrique arrived on time and was most helpful. Enrique, David and their crew were onsite fixing the problem in no time. They were so helpful and professional. They can fix anything! These guys are great and I highly recommend them.

Our rental house which is unoccupied had a flood. When we got there, the water was pouring out from under the sink, later found out a hose for the water filter broke.A friend referred Rapid Restoration Recovery. Call them and within a 1/2 hour, Enrique, the supervisor was there and called his crew. Four guys then showed and started removing about 2" of water throughout the entire house. Then they removed all the baseboards. Finally they set up 20 fans and 3 dehumidifiers.They come every day to check the moist in the walls.Extremely professional and efficient.Services: Flood restoration
