Front desk staff ver friendly. Our room was on the 4th floor. Nice pool view and to the parking lot. AC worked well. Our room had two TVs but one remote control, and the volume is set too loud. It took click by click to adjust it. We stayed two nights, but our keys stopped working on the second day and had to go to the reception for key reprogramming. The ice machine on our side of the floor was out of order and had to go to the 3rd floor for ice. Breakfast was very tasty, with different food choices, and the coffee was strong, very good to start the day.The pool was nice and clean with nice and comfortable chairs. Pool towels were missing. We took the last two ones but didn't see anyone resupplying the towel locker. There is a bar, but we didn't have a drink there.Rooms: They gave us a nice room.Food & drinks: It was very tasty, different food choices

Lynn behind the front desk was very professional and accommodating. She was very polite and despite having minimal availability, she was able to find me a room, fast and efficient. She welcomes you with a smile and good energy about her. I wish she was at every Holiday inn that I stay at.

No, I am not going to jump through your hoops and go get a special card from the front desk just so I can pay you to eat breakfast. Sorry but I’m not gonna pay you for the same quality meal I can get for free at another IHG hotel. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Worst experience I've had in a hotel room.In the first room the toilet floater wasn't working and was really noisy, we also found a dead worm on the floor, we were concerned the noise would not let us sleep and asked for a different room.In the second room the shower faucet was the one leaking now, clearly the hotel doesn't care about wasting water, but at least it wasn't noisy. Then we found bugs in the bed, including a LICE and in the sheets what seemed like eggs. Completely gross.The counter lady did a good job, she offered free breakfast as compensation but by then we were disgusted with the room.So unfortunate, since the pool area was great.I posted this review on the IHG app since I'm a but it didn't accept my images, so now I'm posting it here too, where it cannot be removed nor tampered with.Rooms: Dirty

Good staff.Sub-par facility maintenance.Room door with missing handle.Closet door won't close until safe is close.Poor tile job throughout.No way to take a bath...no stopper.Shower handle is upsidedownUnfinished wall repair in bathroom.A/C drain tube/pan leaking onto floor.Staff did not replenish coffee or condiments....had to go get our own.Get the idea?We won't be back.

Front end staff is spot on nice. Very accommodating.Unfortunately.Maintenance staff is not up to snuff.Door to bedroom area is missing it's lever....like it's not there..The up fit tile job in the loo is the worst I've seen...but the I am in the repair business and I see that stuff.A bit over priced for what you get.

Bruh, this hotel is in a remote location; however, close to the i95. Receptionist was dope (Ja'kwan). I asked about military discount and since I paid already, he hooked it up with drinks to the bar!!!!! My lady and I were lit at the pool. Appreciate the hospitality!!! Will definitely be back!!!

Room had wet, dirty carpet, windows didn’t open. Ok outdoor space, friendly enough service, but slow. Seems like the side of place. They’re just trying to shake a little more money out of before they redo it, or build a new one.Rooms: Poorly decorated, carpet not clean. Basic.Walkability: NOT walkable, to anywhere.

The staff are friendly and helpful. My room was awful. There was paint peeling from the ceiling , tiles falling off the walls in the bathroom and the carpet was very dirty. The rooms looked really nice in the pictures online but in person they really needed some work. When we checked I noticed that the toilet had urine droplets all over the seat. I wanted to leave but it was late and the other hotels were booked.

Update: the 7am supervisor was very apologetic and took care of everything. I still do not recommend staying here based on the condition of the place, but every staff member I encountered was great.My experience at this hotel is probably the worst I have ever encountered. I am currently sitting in the lobby awaiting the arrival of the 7am supervisor. If they refund my stay and ensure I am not charged for a second night (since I have rebooked elsewhere), I will update this review.To start, this hotel has outside entrances like an old school motel 8. This is NOT like any IHG property I have stayed at previously. Generally, they are clean and updated. I booked this through a work travel portal and this wasn’t clear, as I would not have stayed. Upon arrival many people were in the lobby switching rooms- this was an immediate red flag but it was late and since I am required to book through a third party I didn’t have much of an option.My first room (in the 200s?) was moldy smelling, wet carpet, dirty and the balcony window was screwed shut. The young man that fielded my initial complaint was very kind and helpful. He came into my room and agreed it was terrible. I asked if I could just forget it and get my refund for night one and cancel night 2 without penalty. He was nice but said he didn’t have authority to do any refunds. Tiredly, I agreed to try a new rooms He gave me keys to another room which was on the third floor. It still stunk and the AC did not work. It was stuck at 83 degrees. He then moved me to a room on the 4th floor. No smell, still not very clean and this balcony was screwed shut too. He said that was “strange” as they should all be able to open. By this time it was nearing 11pm and I had an important work trip in the morning.While switching rooms I spoke to a few people in the elevator that were also moving due to mold or leaks, and because many had been given keys to rooms that were occupied! They walked in and people were in them!I tried to make the best of the room but after about an hour in bed I had bits all up my neck. I always search for bed bugs and there were no signs of them but there was something causing me an issue. Additionally, there were dead bugs on the bathroom floor and a few live ones. At this point I called around immediately for rooms at other hotels but I could only get a booking for my second night. I did notice many hotels in the area have terrible Google reviews- I did not see these on my work booking site or else I would have made a different decision. I am going to Delray tonight as the hotels seem to have much better reviews.I started to doze around 1am wrapped in my hooded sweatshirt, long pants and socks to stay covered. At 2am a group of men start pounding at my door, yelling drunkenly. I get up and hear one say “oh man that’s that woman’s room not ours!” They then begin pounding on the door next door. Loud music blaring in the outdoor halls- clearly many rooms having parties. I called the front desk and complained and demanded a manager. The night auditor was nice but said no manager was available til 7am. He said he would check on the 400s area.The music and yelling lasted about another hour and a half.I stayed up the entire night disgusted and will be demanding my company receive a full refund.

The hotel is a bit dated but the amenities are good. Rooms are fairly spacious, with separate bedroom and seating room. Two TVs. Shower and bathroom in good condition. Breakfast not included and average but nice dedicated space and outdoor patio next to pretty good pool area. Overall a good experience. Hotel staff were also friendly and accommodating.

I stayed in this hotel and a mice came out into my room. I couldn’t sleep the whole night and when I mentioned it to the front desk she said sorry, she didn’t even wrote down what was my room number so housekeeping or maintenance department go to that room and investigate. Just careless behavior. Don’t recommend this hotel at all.

I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the booking experience I recently encountered. I made a reservation for a day room through the online booking system, expecting a smooth and efficient process upon arrival.However, upon reaching the hotel and waiting until 12:00, my booking was for 10am. I was informed by your staff that the room was only available if there was availability, despite having made a confirmed booking online. This discrepancy between my online reservation and the availability of the room upon arrival was highly frustrating and unacceptable. I was not even given a reduced rate for the inconvenience.As a customer, I rely on the accuracy and reliability of your booking system to plan my travels effectively. The inconvenience caused by the lack of coordination between online reservations and on-site availability reflects poorly on the professionalism and efficiency of your hotel's operations.My husband and I were planning to have a day away together every month but after our first experience here, I shall be looking at other options.
