I had the pleasure to have a tech Richard come to my home this week. He absolutely amazed me. He has so much knowledge, wisdom, patience, perfection and he is so sweet and helpful. He goes way behind what anyone would expect. I told him that he is a star and will be super successful in life always on the top!
