Visited this location yesterday (Saturday) and was put on a waiting list because I didn’t have an appointment. The check-in process was very easy. The appointments line moved very quickly and I finally got the chance to be served. My specialist EVA was so professional and very knowledgeable. I appreciate her patience with me and all the kindness she showed.I also appreciate the help of her supervisor.Thank you guys for doing a great job, especially on a weekend day. It is not easy.Merry Christmas!

I had a 10:10 appointment and I was done and out by 10:15. The phlebotomist was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this office.

This is the worst Quest location ever. I would give 0 start if I could. My appointment was at 9:30. I checked in at the kios and saw my name on the screen. I waited in the lobby for more than 20 minutes. They called other people who checked in after me, so I went to ask what happened to my appointment. The person would not listen to me and kept on saying, "we are not talking walk-in." She wouldn't listen to me trying to tell her that I had the appointment and was checked in already. She yelled at me and said, "Don't YELl." I want yelling, I was frustrated. She then proceeded by telling me that she didn't see my name on her system and would not take me in, even after I showed her my text from Quest, and it said that I checked in. I had to leave and reschedule another appointment somewhere else. Don't ever go to this place. Worst service ever.

This was the second visit to this location. The first time was to hand over my MILs stool sample, which was rejected by the lab. The second was to get another sample container. I never got it. There is no desk and nobody to help. You are at the mercy of whoever opens the door to the inner office. During the time there, the door was never opened but once. The waiting room was full 45 minutes before closing and the staff was jumped all over by angry patients who hadn’t been seen yet and would not be after waiting hours. I will not go back to this location. It’s a clown show. Shame on Quest for designing such a poor office and insufficient staff to handle the needs of their patients.

I am prone to feeling faint and vomiting after a blood draw, this is known as a vasovagal response. I let the phlebotomist know this at the beginning of my appointment and asked if I’d be able to do the blood draw laying down. She said they didn’t have anywhere for that and said she doesn’t get paid to catch anyone that faints. She told me “it’s all in your head”. We proceed with the blood draw and she keeps telling me that it’s all in my head. This is an extremely invalidating and triggering statement. A vasovagal response is a physical response to a blood draw and is very common. When she was done I asked if I could sit for a moment since standing up too quickly can prompt me to feel faint or vomit. She said she didn’t have time for that, she’s on a schedule, and I can sit in the waiting room if I want but that again, it’s all in my head. She did not once ask if I was feeling okay. I was made to feel invalidated and like a burden. Her responses to me were unacceptable, and it’s scary to think a trained phlebotomist is not familiar with a vasovagal response. I caution anyone who needs any type of accommodation to avoid this location.

Shouldn't be even 1 star. Scheduled appointment, arrived, and they told me it was canceled without even think of to let me know before I start driving. In order to schedule, I spoke with at least 5 representatives and was transferred back and force. Should be better trained stuff. Totally unacceptable

Worst experience ever. What a waste of my time. The technicians are rude and condescending. I had an appointment by the way. I don't need to take that BS so I walked away.

After reading the reviews for Quest I definitely didn't want to go there. My insurance only covers the bill 100 percent at Quest. I didn't really have much choice but to go there. However, I was so pleasantly surprised. The staff and Tatiana, at the Deerfield location were all so kind. Place was nice and clean. They took me immediately at my appointment time. I am not sure what was the case in the past but I couldn't be any happier and will continue to go there for my labs.

Horrible customer service. The worst Quest ever. Walk-in appointment, fully automated, check in my daughter for blood work after fasting and once completed the check-in process assistant comes out and says we are closed. Did not matter that we were there on time and checked in already. Lazy staff, does not want to work and help patients. Avoid this place.

1- they couldn't find Dr's orders.2- poor communication.3- one team member said they "don't draw blood here" (wrong!!! Yes they do!)4- waisted an hour even with an appointment.5- hand sanitizer dispenser in lobby is broken (and they know it!) At a diagnostic center?...that's BAD!6- small crowded waiting area -- also BAD!Maybe 5&6 are good for their business?!?7- if you have a question try reaching Quest Diagnostics by phone, good luck with that-- you'll be wasting your time.Maybe other locations are better (they must be). I recommend avoiding this location by Target in Boca Raton.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The appointment systems don't work. My wife scheduled an appointment at 7 am and was asked to come in at 10 for an appointment. We received a confirmation code and returned at 10 only to find that the appointment doesn't exist in the system. Freaking monkeys could have done a better job designing this scheduling system.

Wendi saved my day. One of the must empathetic persons I’ve met at Quest (and I go frequently). My doctor’s office had an issue with my order being delivered to Quest, and Wendi helped patiently through the process, this was a time sensitive lab and she really took this as her own challenge. Great work Wendi and thank you so much, you really made my day :)!!!
