What an awesome place to shop! The employees are friendly and eager to help find things. I ordered some Boars's Head online before shopping. It was ready in the pick up box next to customer service. The Publix App makes shopping easier that way. No waiting on the deli line. The catering department takes care of everything I need for any occasion. Pixie Dust Carol was a pleasure to work with. I've order cakes from here and I can say that this store has the best decorators than any other store. My holiday dinners are ordered and now I can relax.

Arihana did a great job! Jumped over to the sub line to help support her co-worker and took my wrap order. She made it exactly how i wanted and was very thorough!

Excellent, helpful customer service experience! Prices can be more than other grocery stores, but convenience, choices, variety of produce and items make Publix a useful helpful local grocery store.

I love going here. Staff there is always so helpful and the store is always clean. Have questions about how to fix chicken or pork, the people behind the counter can help you out with with great suggestions. Can't find something just ask and they can help you with that too and always with a smile.

It's a decent grocery store, has everything I usually need and it's not overwhelming large.

Absolute worst deli department in any Publix I have been to. It was not always like this but has gone downhill severely since they changed from a Greenwise back to a regular Publix. You place an online order, arrive 3 hours later, and it is still not upfront at the Service Desk. So you wait in line with a number at the Deli just to find out your order is sitting in their deli case. They could care less about bringing it up front. You will hear all of the excuses about being busy and no time, meanwhile, there are 4 people standing around talking. Today, I came in for my order and was told they were out of it. This was 3 hours after I placed my order. No one thought to call me to tell me this. Again, they could care less. The baggers at the store will look at you with annoyance if you ask politely to put the water jugs in plastic bags for easier carrying. The produce goes bad in a day, they are constantly out of items, and other than a few good staff members left over from the previous regimes, the rest of the store has taken a severe downturn. If this store location closes its doors in the next year, I would not be shocked in the least.

I need a microwave to make food hot. I spent thousands of dollars looking for a apartment among you people. I rather go to 7-11 everyday if they changed. I want to get rid of you so bad.

The buffet is always clean and full of good choices, I even manage get a nice cake from the bakery every time. Love the selection Wholefoods has to offer and the produce in general is top notch!

At the checkout line today, the cashier scanned my first item and asks " do you want to donate to children's schools?". I asked if they have a round up option when paying by credit card. A manager nearby came over and said that they do. So the cashier finished scanning my groceries and I was waiting to insert my card, I noticed he was waiting on me. He said " how much are you donating to children's schools?" I responded, " first of all I thought we said it's a round up. 2nd of all, I don't like how your asking the questions and not nice to ask paying customers at their local grocery store to be made to feel bad if they don't donate or having to verbally say how much they are donating. Very concerning. Are they guilting vulnerable elder people while grocery shopping to make donations. Very distasteful to experience at your local grocery store.

The customer service at this Publix including management has declined rapidly over the last year. Very disappointing as we have been loyal customers for over 20 years. Many employees are very angry and snippy ( especially at the deli counter) and in a constant state of discontent. Management to my dismay was very rude also. Publix at the Garden Shops is a million times better! They have their act together.

I honestly wish I could give it no stars this is the worst Publix in Boca. Avoid the deli dept, only one person working there. your lunch hour will be spent at the deli dept waiting to be helped. Gilbert just kept staring and not once acknowledged or tried to get his colleagues to help him.

$5 SUSHI WARNING - If you're a fan of Publix' $5 sushi on Wednesdays, please be aware that this location (St. Andrews, Boca Raton) only includes 4 pieces of sushi, while every other Publix includes 5 pieces. That is plain wrong. Buyer beware! Publix, this is disappointing. We expect better from our favorite grocery store.

Worst publix ever. Been waiting at hot meal section for one hour. No one has even asked me if I been helped. The sub sandwiches lines are way too long also. Save ur money, shop some where else.

This has been our go-to grocery thru all its incarnations - from small Publix to Greenwise and back. And we've remained loyal throughout Covid. The folks there are the best!
