I misread the sign, being autistic and adhd I get easily overwhelmed. The manager was rude, only getting me more agitated. Another manager who is male started calling me sweetheart and making me feel uncomfortable.

Devon is amazing! My 18yr old son had some issues getting a script filled at another local publix because the prescribing Teledoc wrote it wrong and the original publix that it was sent to didn't want to take the steps to contact the dr because they were too busy and very rude. Devon in minutes transferred the RX to his store and took care of the situation ASAP so that my son could get on his meds and start feeling better. Spanish River Publix is awesome, stay away from Palmetto Park store... they have terrible customer service, are rude and don't care to take any extra steps to help a young patient.

Good, clean, smaller size Publix as compared to other ones I have been in the metro area.I had a rewards coupon that was about to expire and I decided to get a few things in here to use the coupon.I found the staff working around the store very friendly and very polite. My cashier was also very pleasant. It was a pleasure to shop in here.

Best pharmacy! I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 3 years and have been treated with nothing but kindness and a sense of importance. Brian is a gem. Got my rx ready within minutes so I didn’t have to come back the next day.

If you want a pharmacy that remembers you, asks the kids about their parents when picking up their prescription & all-around helpful folks - welcome to the Publix pharmacy! Even with the loss of my mother, I totally appreciated the memories the team shared. However, I'm posting about the COVID booster. The adjective to describe getting the booster was EASY.. Made the appointment, showed up a few minutes beforehand & was cared for immediately. Nice job. & thank you for taking care of our more mature folks with patience & kindness.

Gigi helped us in a very kind and professional way. Her assistance actually saved my wife's life. I nominate her as a real caring hero.

If you want Covid this is the Publix for you. Managers watch people walk around without masks and say nothing.

I never thought I would find myself complaining about a trip to Publix (of all places) but I just had a terrible experience at this particular store. I pre-ordered a platter for a holiday party 24 hours in advance. When I arrived to pick up my order, the deli was dead. They asked how they could help me and I told them I was there to pick up an order. 5 minutes later, the manager comes over and asks me what size platter it was (they hadn't even made the platter yet and couldn't she have just looked at the slip from my order MADE 24 HOURS AGO? She said she was just now going to get started making it and to give her 10 minutes. I walked around and picked up some other things I needed then headed back to the deli (BTW this is the smallest, most cramped Publix I have ever seen - so there aren't many places to wait without being in someone's way). After 25 minutes, she said that they were almost done and pointed to an employee making a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PLATTER THAN I HAD ORDERED!!! How do you mess this up? I LITERALLY placed my order online, did that just go out to some black hole in the universe? My entire team was waiting for the food back at work so I told them I would take what they made because I didn't have another 30 minutes to wait for them to correct it. I am appalled at the fact that 1) they were just getting started on my order that should have been all ready to go when I arrived (isn't that the point of ordering ahead?), 2) It took them so long to complete my order knowing that they were already past my pickup time 3) they didn't even check the ticket to see what I had ordered. I will not be going back to this Publix again - it was very unorganized and very cramped and crowded.

Thank you to the younger dudes at the pharmacy that work here. I think they are the nicest most helpful pharmacists this place has ever had. They really helped me out today. Thanks for always working hard and being so nice- I wish I got your names!!

Sue, or whatever her name is, the pharmacist, was so rude to me just now over the phone. She kept interrupting me, not allowing to get one word in, she was not understanding of my situation, and had an attitude the entire conversation. This is the 5 times
I’ve had an issue with prescription refills. Those automatic texts do not work. I’ve been completely out of a prescription with no heads up for a refill. I’ve had to call every time ahead to remind the pharmacy to refill my prescription when that is not my job to do so. I’ve never had a more frustrating experience at a grocery store/pharmacy than this location.
