The Pharmacist Samantha, has honestly got to be one of the most rude and cold pharmacists I have ever experienced! Absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated by her, not only was she condescending and rude but refused to provide information regarding my prescription as well as refused to let me speak to her supervisor or manager. She was not willing to help at all, and on top of it was incredibly short with me, treating me like I was incompetent because I had never been prescribed the medication before. . I sat on hold for over 15mins waiting to speak to a supervisor, but I believe she just left me on hold on purpose. Disgusted with the service especially from a so-called professional!

Ann, the pharmacist was knowledgeable, professional, wise and kind. Her years of experience were evident in her instruction and together with her assistant they made a great team. It was calm not chaotic and Publix should be proud of this crew. Thank you.

This is the most overpriced food store in south Florida. They are good for one thing that is their pharmacy. Otherwise buyer beware. Convenience is not worth a dollar a half to 2 dollars an item. Premium prices in a supermarket.

I had heard from many people about the prepared foods and sushi at Publix. We were in the area and I had a craving for a bit of a snack and I was very happy and impressed with the assortment of sushi options they had. I had a Dragon Roll and it was very nice. The outside of the roll was crunchy and the inside tasted fresh and moist. As always, the cashiers at Publix are courteous and friendly. This store was not exception. A nice stop for inexpensive sushi !!!

The Hidden Valley Publix pharmacy is by far the best in Boca Raton. I reccomend them highly and wouldn't dream of shopping elsewhere.

Tanner and his co-worker went out of their way to help me. There was some confusion from my doctors office with the prescription getting called in, and they were able to assist, and then also helped on my portion of the co-pay and saved me money. It is really nice when you go into a business, and the people helping you really care, and do what they can to help people. Thank You.

The best Publix EVER. Seems like I live here but honestly the friendliest staff ever. Can't say enough about the kindness of this store. I have to say that most are really good but this one is extra special. The Publix mgr knows my family by name- reminds me of Tom Klem in Miramar- also a rock star Mgr. They truly live up to" where shopping is a pleasure"

Publix is a great grocery chain and this store epitomizes why. The employees are friendly and very willing to help you find what you need. The cashiers interact with customers and are genuinely interested in our shopping satisfaction. The bakery is fabulous! The wine and beer selection is very good. Fruits and vegetables are fresh. The subs are beyond compare. Perhaps the meat selection is only average. But the overall experience is 5 star! And it is so kind of even the older baggers to offer to help me take my groceries to my car!

I like shopping at Publix, all employees are pleasant and long time employees. They remember you too. Anthony in meat and seafood is always helpful and he has been there for years. Eric too.

I’m a long time pharmacy customer and I’m going to let you know why the mix of reviews come out to average... Joe, the Pharmacy Manager is everything you’d want a pharmacy manager to be from courteous, expeditious, truly makes you feel like you are his priority (even when it’s clear you can’t possibly be). 5 stars.On the other hand, the Assistant Pharmacy Manager is his polar opposite and most times I will literally leave and come back another day when Joe’s there. It’s that bad. I see several comments about her attitude below and they are spot on, she is always very rude, never seen her smile (even before masks), and she seems to make everything so much more complicated than they need to be!Publix, you’re doing yourself a massive disservice here. I went in this morning at 9:00 (it’s a Wednesday) and they’re doing vaccinations again too. I was the only one in line, and saw a single person sitting, waiting for a vaccine, and I was given the big sigh, “Can you pick this up tomorrow? No I need it today sometime. Ugh, ok. It’s going to be after 5:00.” I guess today the two associates can’t handle prescriptions AND vaccines (I know that would be crazy). If they’re stretched too thin now, I can’t imagine the service when there are multiple people there for pharmacy and vaccines! It’s really a shame.

It's close but sometimes go to Walmart for cheaper same price items for example the half n half cream there is $2 it's more than $2.85 at Publix
