Wow! First time trying a deli sandwich from Publix and loved it. Anyone who likes sandwiches needs to give the Publix classic chicken tender sandwich a try. Chicken is super fresh and they cut it up right in front of you. Great options for breads, condiments, and toppings. Lady behind the counter could tell it was our first time and was very helpful.

Last night I rented a rug cleaner from Farrah in Customer Service. She couldn't have been more professional, helpful, and friendly. I returned the unit a few hours later to a different associate. Upon returning home, I realized the young man who took the return failed to indicate on my receipt that it had been returned. This morning I called the store and spoke with Yvonne. She informed me there was no record of the unit being returned but she was able to address the situation by confirming the serial number of the unit I'd rented was back at the store. Yvonne and Farrah both have exceptional people skills and are a breath of fresh air.

Service not exists. Deli employees completely ignore customer. To lazy to communicate. Let me waiting over 5 minutes to telling me they will close. Cashier not have basic manners. Greeting and a simple thanks not coming out off his mouth. This Publix is the worse I ever was.

The associate at the Customer Service Desk near the door on August 19 Saturday afternoon was hostile and abusive towards customers. He showed his contempt for his job and refused to do his job by ignoring customers and then violently pointing his finger repeatedly and abusively, throwing a fit and repeatedly yelling at customers abusively and belittling customers after being asked a question. It is his job to answer customers' questions but he refused to do his job by ignoring customers and then was abusive, hostile and hateful towards customers because he was not able to ignore customers anymore but was asked and had to do his job. Hopefully other customers won't be harmed by his hostility and abuses.

I was only here for a short time but they had dry ice and at a decent price. The service was fast and I was out of there in record time.

Don't order anything from the deli if you need it with an hour. It took the woman 25 mins to make my simple sandwich it was just ridiculous

Jeanine is fabulous! Always so helpful and kind. Staff is always happy and accommodating. I go out of my way to go to this Publix pharmacy!

Publix you should be ashamed! With this establishment your products are disgusting from deli for sure.Your inspection is terrible products are terrible they would not serve in state Prison for sure, Also your prices are terrible for all products! Don't waste your time go to Trader Joe's

I thought some of the Broward Publix's were really bad but this Publix (In Boca) is by far the worst around. The deli is a joke...half a dozen people hanging out behind the counter and 1 person waiting on people. Most of the work force in this store is disgusting. I don't believe this is a safe Publix for a woman or child to be at even during the daytime hours.

Omg! By far the BEST Publix in all of Boca! The staff is so sweet and helpful! They really go above and beyond! The guys in produce do such a great job at keeping the shelves stocked and items fresh! The baggers and Cashiers are a breath of fresh air. The guys on the floor will go to the back a thousand times if they have to in order to check if something you want is back there! Love them all.

This Publix Pharmacy can be hard to reach by phone. Prescriptions that get sent in however are filled quickly and the staff is great!

Don’t plan on getting your online ordered subs on time properly. I live right down the street and every time I order my subs to pick up they are NEVER ready on time! I end up having to wait on line and showing them my order so they can make it as I wait.
