Waited for over 40 min for a Sub when there was only 6 people in front of me. Nothing was restocked. They had 3 people working on one sandwich. When I got the sub there was a hair in it. Wanted to speak with a manager and they were all no where to be found. This Publix is one big free for all.

The employees at this Publix are always SO RUDE from management to cashiers and baggers. The managers are always standing in the way not doing anything, never greet you and never ask if you need help. Today was the last straw with this Publix- I was scolded by the cashier for putting a 24 case of water on the check out belt and then the bagger gave me a dirty look when she had to lift it up and threw it in my cart. Publix prices are too high these days for their employees to be anything BUT friendly and helpful. I would rather be ignored at Walmart than be treated like and inconvenience at Publix.

You would think this Publix would be amazing since it's brand new. And it is but one thing they can not seem to get together is the deli. With out fail, during lunch time, the open deli is absolutely empty, dirty and not maintained. I keep coming back hoping they correct this issue but they have not. Terrible management at this location and will not be coming back.

PRAISE THE LORD, MY SOUL!! It is so refreshing to find ANYPLACE with GENUINE, NICE, CARING, PEOPLE that care about service. If this is important to you, look no further.I was grocery shopping at this lovely Publix (this honestly happened), and the Pharmacists and I started talking. Normally, they avoid eye contact, you may “ask” a question! Christy was the pharmacist working that night, she was engaging, and interested, but most of all gave me hope. Getting a prescription filled monthly is one of life's more challenging tasks as many people know. It can be more time consuming than a full time job. Insurance companies have made such a simple thing miserable. Add to that the shame and embarrassment of being turned away by a Pharmacist. How dare the legal citizens of the United States go to their doctors, pay for that visit, get a prescription, see if their insurance company will “let” you have it?, then have to hunt for a Pharmacist willing to fill it? If you are lucky they might, then you pay again. Always being told by that insurance company, (the one you pay 500.00 a month to be babysat), you have not met your out-of-pocket deductible! What a mess!I respect Pharmacists and the education this title brings. I wish some of them would understand that without customers they would not be able to use this hard earned degree. Fortunately this young lady gets it! She was DELIGHTFUL!A little over a week later I returned to the store, I was going to show my Rx papers to Christy. She was off that night, Tammy was the Pharmacist working. Can you believe she was equally as pleasant and welcoming? TWO in one store. I feel I’ve hit the jackpot. I have not transferred any prescriptions, yet, knowing I can has made all the difference. My Sincerest and Heartfelt THANK YOU to both of you for how you made me feel.

The Polo Shoppes Publix completed a renovation last year and the results are impressive. The store looks modern and inviting, making it a satisfying shopping experience, especially when compared with some of the older Publix locations. One of the most surprising highlights of this Publix is the quality of their sushi. It's basic but fresh and delicious and considering the priciness of the location, surprisingly affordable. The deli counter is also a standout feature, with a wide range of delicious meats and cheeses. The quality of the ready to go food is also impressive. The salads, subs and hot food are pretty good and it's a great option for those who want to grab a quick bite on the go.As for general groceries, the selection is impressive, with a wide range of products to choose from. You can easily find anything you need, from pantry staples to international ingredients. However, the big downside of Publix is the absurd pricing. Some items are literally double the price of what you would pay in Walmart or Target. This makes it difficult to justify shopping there on a regular basis. Despite this, the store remains a solid option for select things like the deli, sushi and prepared foods or when you need something specific and are in a rush. Overall, I do like this location and hold it in high regard. But I don't stop by much because of the poor value.

I wish i could give this place a ZERO.... I started to walk up to the customer service desk and 3 African Americans (doing nothing but chatting, I'm sure it was work related ) walked away and never came back.. i get the impression the African Americans at the Polo Club Shops Publix do not like white Or Jewish people... Don't waste your time or money at this Publix, you can find a Fresh Market or ALDIs just down the road....

Just like the many Publix stores I have been to throughout the Southeast U.S., especially living in Florida for many years and before that, vacationing here, this Publix upholds their virtues of excellent customer service, an immaculate and pleasant shopping environment, and high quality products. This Publix is no exception and while the store was very nice in the past, a recent remodel has made it even more impressive, adding larger areas for prepared foods as well an upper level seating area in the front of the store. Me and my Mother stopped here enroute to Town Center Mall in Boca, as we needed to pick up a few things and this Publix was right on our route. Upon entering this Publix, which has grown from an average sized Publix to a large Publix, we were both impressed, as it was immaculate, well-lit, and had clear and easily visible signage. Since I needed some personal care items for a trip to Vegas and we were already here, we went to the aisle where personal care items are kept. I was able to find everything I needed, including white strips, a travel-sized mouthwash, shaving cream, and a travel-sized toothpaste. While the prices were not the cheapest, they were still within reason as the prices were only a little more than Walmart or Target and less than a pharmacy. The only issue I had was located razor cartridge refills, as they were not kept with the other personal care products. Luckily, Kendall, a very sweet associate at the front of the store was eager to assist and pointed us in the right direction to the razor blade cartridges, which they keep by the registers, likely for loss prevention reasons (I am guessing this since I used to work in retail.) We then went to the Produce Section, which had an ample selection of high quality produce. Since we did not need much, we only picked up a couple of items, including Iceberg Lettuce and some bananas. When it came time to check out, Kendall helped use on of their self checkout machines, which was a bit complex at first but then became intuitive once we used it. With our shopping experience, we left, feeling satisfied and productive as we saved time and got what we needed. While I don't know if I will get to this Publix again since there are many other Publix stores closer to my home, we would definitely stop here again if needed since it is a terrific supermarket!

Attention Deli manager :Specifically geared towards deli. My third time trying.First time lady was chewing gumSecond time i stood in line Alone for 5-6 minutes without the girl even looking up to say hello. She avoided eye contact as i watched her make 3 sandwiches. Someone else came over after. Teach her to say "hello, I'll be right with you"Today 2 deli cold cut ladies standing there laughing while other lady is working solo and making sandwiches. She never said hi either, 4 minutes later one of the 2 laughers walks up to me and ask if I've been helped as she's sucking on a sucking candy. Nice girl but i feel like complaining get as good as the other stores cuz clearly you got stuff to work on

This is a fabulous new Publix in the Polo Shoppes. I need to go here to pick up my son's prescription. The pharmacy personnelwe're courteous and kind. We got the script in the time that it was promised. The Publix is large, clean and is refreshing. Upstairs you can sit and have a coffee. It makes you want to shop! They have a water station outside you can refill your water. I would even make a special trip here since it most likely have items my local Publix doesn't have. I'll be back! and yea, they take all competitors coupons - which my local Publix does not! Shame!

I would like to show my appreciation for the Pharmacy at Publix Super Market at the Polo Club in Boca Raton. The head pharmacist, Kristina, is exceptional. She is so very knowledgeable and professional and always very friendly and warm and always gives you her personal attention. You trust her, which is so important in these times. The same goes for Kristina's staff. They are efficient and always treat you with care, and take the time to answer all your questions whether in the store or on the phone. It is such a pleasure to be a customer of this pharmacy. I have been to several others in the area but none are the equal of this one at the Publix at the Polo Club. Kristina and her staff are to be commended for their professionalism and courtesy. Publix is so fortunate to have them.

Called this morning to see if they could fill my prescription. I have a bunch of them all with Publix near my home but this is near work and I have been working late. And I'm out on this medication.
