DO NOT RENT A SUITE FROM THIS LOCATION.Menny is the biggest slumlord I have ever met in my entire life. In the 4 years I have worked there, he has no urgency (or care) to take care of the property. The waterfall in the front hasn’t worked in 3 years and it’s disgusting, crusty and covered in dust and it’s the first thing your clients see when they walk in. The TV in the front is completely off (not that it was updated) for the workers locations in the suites. Having a suite in the front, guests constantly were barging in because they were unsure of where to go and needed direction. The break room has turned into a storage room which you can barely open the door to get into, let alone use it for its purpose. The security cameras DO NOT WORK. I had to bring my towels home to be washed every week because of a theft issue almost every month. He will change the door codes on you periodically and not update anyone (so good luck if your key fab isn’t working that day). The women’s bathroom has had a broken toilet and lock for years. The water temperature and pressure is always unpredictable. If any real work needs to be done, you don’t get a heads up to tell your clients and the time ALWAYS runs over hours if not days past when the job is supposed to be done which interferes with your appointments. The WiFi goes out almost daily. I’ve had clients cancel because they were unable to work from the salon.That’s just IN THE BUILDING. If you actually need something from Menny, he will ignore your calls and messages and sometimes never get back to you. If you blow his phone up, he catches an attitude. I made the decision to leave and he REFUSED to send me a copy of our signed contract. I told him repeatedly to remove my bank account information when I turned my keys in (which is just leaving in the suite, he doesn’t actually meet you for them) and he never got back to me. I now have $300 deducted from my business account and Menny is of course nowhere to be found.Do yourself a favor, go to any other suite both you and your guests will be much happier. The headache of dealing with the slumlord who doesn’t care about his tenants or his property is not worth it.I was a tenant for 4 years and never missed a rent payment, always paid on time and he has no mutual respect.

Hair, Skin & Nail Services in a great plaza. There is construction going on currently making it difficult to find, but there's a nice courtyard out front with free WiFi if you can excuse the dust until the Publix is done being built.

The staff here is amazing! I scheduled my appointment on the wrong day and they fit me in anyway. Two colorists did my roots at the same time to make the appointment work.
