Claudia, the groomer, added an extra "conditioner" charge I didn't consent to and then insisted that it was required. When I asked the manager to take it off of the receipt, he told me that my dog breed requires it, when I asked him to show me where that's included in Petco policy he got visibly frustrated, waved the charge and told me that I am banned from that location from now on. The haircut itself was ok, but not worth the terrible way I was treated.

I have a multi poo puppy and he went to Petco for grooming two times. First time was so nice and with good price and today was his second time and it was so bad grooming and with paying a lot than the first time (really so expensive) and the reason because he had knots at his two ears and I'm the one who told the stylist about them and she said she will try to fix it or she will do shaving. She didn't call to tell me that they will be done but with extra more money.Then when I went to pick up him unfortunately my 5 years old daughter was with me and she was so excited with his new hair cut and I have no chance to check him until I returned back home to find that there is a bold spot at the back of his head and it wasn't a knot because they were only on his two ears. Really paid too much with a very bad hair cut.

After eight years of buying purchases from Petco, I will never go to another Petco again. Went to Petco today 7 /2/23 spent couple hundred dollars, ( like I always do ) I pick up dog food, greenies, treats, and grooming, once a month, etc. at the register. They asked me if I wanted to pay $.10 for a bag like are you serious it's not the $.10 obviously when every time I go there I spent well over $200 ( went on sale. I spent $500 in large greenies )every time there are on sale every time but when they asked me for $.10 for a bag I said are you serious? I said no thank you again is not the .10 cent's it's the principle now there's starting to charge for a bag after spending X amount of dollars regardless of how much you spend it's the printable and of course I said no thank you and I gave them $.10 and I still didn't take the bag I have two large shepherds, each bag of food is $120 per bag and I buy two every time. I hate to write this review but it kind of threw me for a loop when they ask me for $.10 for a bag LMAO I asked her why are you charging for a bag and she could not give me a good explanation ( she said they want you to bring your own bags. "CRAZY right. I never heard that before at any store again, like I said, never will go to Petco again BAD MOVE PETCO you just lost a loyal customer

This is the second and last time a employee yells at me, they don't help people at all but you get yell, they don't even asked you how can I help you they just yell at you!! I'm never coming back to this store.

I'm not going to share details about this store. I went here twice for my dog walking business and the staff is incompetent. I also was asking for social distancing and they didn't " hear" me under my mask.So they walked closer to me. A while back I needed money for food and cost of living. I've been a professional caretaker of pets and rescue. They did not hire me I lived in that neighborhood and asked every week if they would help me. They also put my friends pet in danger and he was dog napped while he was hospitalized. Don't go to this store. There is another one in the same plaza. I buy my birds seeds there though it's a dollar more difference. You were warned.

After going to pet supermarket they only has 2 Betta fish we ended up going here which was pretty nice and decent they had a good selection of aquariums for the beta fish as well as several beta fish. We came back on Monday at 11am we walk in and nobody in the store but one person in the cash register busy on her phone and no one else to be found in the store when we approached her and asked her for help she said OK go there and someone will come five minutes later we come back to the front and ask her she Annoyingly looks up from her phone and says someone should've been there by now I guess I'll call them again we hear her calling someone from the loudspeaker and she's back on her phone five minutes later after that we walked out she looks up and says nothing with no help no fish ended up going to Petco (across the street) They have aquariums fish supplies a fish expert that came right away a cashier that smiles people saying hello and with all that we were able to surprise our nine year old daughter with the pet she wanted. Team Petco!!!!

Took my dog today for a bath.. picked her up 2 hours after, the Groomer Sandy as soon as we walked in said that our dog needed a VIP service? That she is yo nervous, hat she cant be taken care off while she has other dogs and also said that she didn’t know how she got that deep scratch on her nose “she probably did it inside the kennel the lady said” “or maybe she was already like that when she came” My dog its almost 2 years old and has taken many baths , had traveled 11 hours from another country in a plane inside of a kennel and nothing happened to her, the lady Sandy very unprofessional instead of admitting they did something wrong kept on saying that she didn’t know how or when it happened , I don’t know if she understands that people trust them with their dogs and not expect to drop the dog off for a bath and leave with a hurt dog …the manager offered free check up and medicine if needed, its Not about the money its the way this was handle. We will never bring our Dog to any of the Petco Stores for grooming, poor service and not trustworthy employees. Be aware. Also poor bath my dog was still wet

I've had a really positive experience at this store for the most part. The dog training I participated in, helped a ton. Also, it's a nice, clean and organized store to shop in. The employees seem to really strive in getting to know the customers.
