I love this store! Its convenient for me, it’s smaller than their competitors, and I like the more personal feel here. Good selection of food, toys, and all the necessities for your furry friend. The employees are always super friendly and helpful. Whenever I need to physically go to a pet store for something, this is my go to. I just got my boy some great new stuff for his birthday, and he of course loves it all! ?

Truely the worst customer service… I’ve been here 3 times and every time I’ve had the very unfortunate pleasure of having to check out with the manager Rick…. He’s so unpleasant, lazy & does not have the simplest of qualities of being cordial & Pleasent to customers… without going into a long rant, save your time and energy it’s a guarantee you’ll leave worse off than when you walked through the doors to buy your fur babies necessities…? How someone like him is graced with a management job is beyond me… even his co-worker was disgusted by him before I had to engage with him… 3 strikes and I refuse to bring back my business back to pet super market ??♀️??♀️

I had the absolute worst experience with this Pet Supermarket today. As a 20 year old, I walked into the pet store with the intention of buying a hamster as my three year old hamster recently passed away. There was an employee there today and her name was Ryan. She made her first impression by rudely walking up to me and my friends and undermining our experience with hamsters with the expression "have u even had a hamster before, you are not supposed to pet them". As a person with lots of experience in animal care, I have always taught my pets to accept affection rather than be scared of it. This is besides the point as Ryan starts asking about our age and asking how much money we make at work. This was not her place as she was insinuating that we had no money. Never question a customers income and living situation. Wow!!
