I bought a very expensive table in 2021. I was trying to reach the store to let them know it was starting to fade. . No one ever returned my calls or my emails over 3 years . I continued writing until July of this year. No one at the store told me there was a Customer Service number or anything in my previous calls or emails. They just ignored the emails and told me somebody would call me back. In July if this year I had a family situation and I stop contacting them. things resolved with family and I contacted Modani Boca today where somebody who just started at the store as a manager in July of this year said there is no such emails or phone calls and all I have to do is call customer service. I contacted show them pictures and they said sorry I'm outside of the warranty timeframe and they will do nothing. This table was close to $2000. It should not have faded after six months and really fading four years. The table is nowhere near sunlight and not used its just for show CS said in writing that even if inhad written 2 year ago it was passed their one year warranty really 2000 table only warranted a year from fading and color loss Walmart does better this is supposed to be a high-end furniture store. I am warning you to stay clear of this if you want good customer service and quality based on the experience I had.

Their actions show they really don't care if they SELL. After multiple attempts to call the Boca office(and the call never going thru), I managed after searching on the web to find their headquarters. I told whoever answered the phone how hard I tried to reach them. She didn't seem to care much, but assured me that she will pass the message to the Boca store- that was 2 weeks ago. I found a lot on the website I want to purchase-I am furnishing an entire house and clearly they don't want to sell. 2 stars instead of one because the furniture online looks nice. I will shop elsewhere where they are grateful for business. This company is lame.

I recently bought some beautiful mirrors here. I love their clean, modern style. I have a lot of their furniture but I wouldn't buy the extra insurance again as the claims process has not worked out for me.

Warning! Do Not Buy Modani OUTDOOR FURNITURE (especially if you live in Florida) . Delivered last week. Wood stain washed out from golden brown to light bleached look, and that has stained cushions, wood discolored with stains, Cushions hold water like a sponge. We have purchased many many thousands of interior furniture . When I called customer service they informed me you have to cover all the outdoor furniture until use (seriously!!, no one ever mentioned or I wouldn't have bought it) . Its 1 week old!! I was then told I can "sand" my brand new furniture down and re-stain it/waterproof it and it should be fine. Or pay a 35% restocking fee. Ridiculous. They lost a good customer over this. I will be canceling the other 3k in orders I have with them . Don't sell something you know wont last in Florida climate not tell the customer a critical item that its cant take water or the outdoor climate we live in.

I bought two leather recliner sofas and a leather recliner chair totaling nearly $9000 from Modani in Boca Raton. I was a assured Modani would cover all the items for period of one year against manufacturing defects. After less than 11 months of very, very light usage (they are located in a room we seldom use) the power supply transformer quit working. The power supply cord and transformer should last 11 years not less than 11 months. I called Modani customer service and forwarded a video of the chair not working. Without any further investigation or questions, the very rude customer service agent immediately texted me back that it was not a manufacturing defect. How she concluded this from a 30 second video with no additional questions is baffling. It's obvious there 1 year warranty is totally bogus. It was clearly a defective power supply. She told me good luck and have a nice day (literally). Do not buy from these people. The customer service is horrendous.

Literally two months of back and forth with @modani & their @warrantyservices for nothing. Our 'stain resistant smart fabric' couch is 2 years old and is NOWHERE NEAR stain resistant. We bought a protection program which includes pet damage. The technician from modanis warranty company who came out in early November assured us we would get the parts needed to fix this over priced, falsely advertised couch. Two months of calling back and forth to get a technician out. One month or calling to check up on parts and emails back and forth with dates suggested by the company for a technician to come restore our couch .. our claim was DENIED. Highlight suggest purchasing the RH cloud couch rather than Modani's knock off cloud couch. Save your sanity, time and money. 'Stain resistant smart fabric' they claim. It is NOT either of those things. Warranty program that means absolutely nothing. It's just a big disappointment. No better way to show love for the holidays than Modani wasting our precious time and money during the holiday season!

I love the modani furniture store and have decorated most of my home with their beautiful furnishings. One electric recliner wasn't working properly and Michele jumped right in to facilitate getting me a brand new one. She was right in top of things! Thank you Michele for working with me, you were an absolute pleasure to talk to and I can't believe how quickly you solved the situation!

Excellent customer service (Gary). Had an issue with small scratches on dresser that was delivered and the situation was resolved quickly and efficiently. The furniture came quickly and is beautiful.

I would not recommend buying from Modani. The seam in my dining chair ripped after 6 months of light use. Contacted customer service and got no where. Extremely disappointed, will not be shopping here again.

UPDATE: Modani saw this post then notified us that a replacement was on the way. They made the delivery of the replacement today. The coffee table was manufactured in reverse!... The lid opens the wrong way from the handles!! Writers in Hollywood cant't make this stuff up! it's like an episode of the Seinfeld show! The replacement they sent us was a lemon from the factory!
