Awful service. For starters, do not order to “pick up” at this location. A waste of time. They make you wait in a long line just to pick up items. No organization whatsoever when it comes to facilitating shopping. Why have an option to pick up items if they’ll make you wait ? See photo.

Staff is rude, it’s as if they don’t want you to buy anything. They seriously need to learn better customer service skills. Most of the girls in there had an attitude. Buy online instead.

I would give 0 stars to this Pandora in the Boca mall. The girls there are incompetent fools and don't deserve a job. I asked them to take off my wife's bracelet because she couldn't and neither one of them could because they had such big nails they Didn't wan to break them. shame on you for hiring people that are incompetent. They told us we'd have to go somewhere and have it cut off the minute I walked out of the store. I pushed it and it opened. These are stupid people! Maybe hire women with smaller nails they'd be able to help their customers. We will never walk in Pandora again and hope others take note of this comment.. Also if you have to fight trying to take off a bracelet. That means the quality is junk buyer beware there's no customer service here

Stopped in at open on Valentine’s Day - I was standing next to a guest when an associate came over and asked who’s first. Me being a gentleman I let the lady go first figuring I’d get taken care of next. I patiently wait for the next associate but no one even came or acknowledged me and then a line started to form. I keep waiting and then I’m instructed to wait in back of the line after already waiting a good 20 minutes with no assistance or instructions prior - would have loved to have gotten my loved one a surprise gift but after that experience I did not want my money going to that store.

I have been coming to the store for the last 3 years since I moved to the area. This is the first time that I experienced such low class customer service. Especially by the manager, Paula. I went to pick up my online order which I was told they had no record of. However, I previously visited another store that had marked the order has already picked up. So there was a bit of confusion there, which this is not her fault. However, after explaining to her, she was able to look up my order with ease, and gave me my items. So very strange how she said she wasn’t able to before, but then now she was able to. So that was the first lie. Second one was she told me that she wasn’t able to give me a box for my order Since they were ineligible as an online pick up in store order. The previous store I went you had no problem giving me a box. Again, keep in mind this is not a gift box. This is just a regular box that I requested for a bracelet that I paid for. I told her on the website upon check out that it does give me the option to purchase the box for a dollar. She said that’s the policy and she wasn’t able to accommodate me with a box Then tried to upcharge me to spend five dollars on a gift box. I’ve spent so much money at this location several times, and I honestly cannot believe That I was treated this way. I’m not one to try to give bad reviews for nothing but this bothered me so much and her attitude about the situation was not that of a managers. Now I’ll have to drive 45 minutes Out of my way to go to a different location just out of principle. I will never shop at this location again.

Love Pandora but this location has awful customer service. If you can go to Coral Springs or Wellington save yourself the trouble.

Horrible customer service. Had two items to exchange and everything I asked for the girl would've even look for it and said they didn't have it. Finally when I got something they did have it I took it home and once I got home saw that she justified $3.42 of my credit dont know for what. She charged me more for one item that was exactly the same. Very dishonest.

I bought different bracelets and necklaces, lots and lots of charms i have my bracelets full of charm, i bought rings etc. I was a customer of this store until one day one of my rings fell off a stone and they didn't exchange it because I bought it at another Pandora during a trip. anyway. I will never come back here. no one even solved support for Pandora customers. low quality.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE anytime I go there I'm in Jewelry Land I love there energy and spirit the make you want to purchase A PANDORA BRACELET,CHARM, RING, NECKLACE. that's why I have several because of there beautiful personality service you and helping you with and smile Especially when you spending your money buying gift and personal items for yourself each PANDORA item I purchased means something to me.I have Daughter 2 and they PANDORA have 2 Daughter-in-law they I have 7 Granddaughter and 5 have PANDORA last but not least My mother has PANDORA and My Mother-in-law.That to let you know[ I LOVE MY PANDORA] ❤

Pandora is a chain of jewelry stores that was started by Danish goldsmith Per Enevoldsen and his wife Winnie in Copenhagen. They began their business by importing jewelry from Thailand into Denmark. In 1987 they closed that business and focused on an inhouse design team that began making their own designs in Thailand in 1989. In 2000 they launched their iconic charm bracelets in Denmark. After that they began expanding internationally, entering the US market in 2003. Today Pandora is sold in 100 countries on six continents in 2600 stores. This Pandora store is located in the Town Center at Boca Raton. I have been a Pandora customer through the years mostly for my daughter. When she was in elementary school we bought her a bracelet and would add charms through the holidays. When she got older she started preferring their rings and has a set of stacking that she has worn for years. Her 23rd is birthday is today and since we can't be together I wanted to give her something to commemorate the occasion. Where I think Pandora shines is that they really personalize their jewelry. You can create your own story from their pieces. I ended up choosing two items that were specific to my daughter and our relationship. What I didn't care for as much was the suffocating customer service. I want to be helped but not have five people jump on me the minute I walk in the store. I wanted to look around a bit and I don't feel like I was given that time before I had a salesperson attached to my hip. I am sure they are just doing what they are told or they may work by commission. Also I like to look at the trays on top of the counter where I can pick up what I want. Instead they stick the trays under glass and you have to ask for each item one at a time. I am sure it is to prevent people from grabbing the whole tray and dashing but I am a customer getting treated like a criminal. Although their jewelry is not as expensive as gold it is still pricey for silver. I feel like you are paying for the Pandora name. All of that aside I am sure my daughter will like her gift and if not they provide a 30 day exchange gift receipt.
