Horrible customer service. Tried to return unused and unopened coolant in factory sealed containers and they treated me like I was returning used stolen merchandise. When I complained they claimed I was attempting to return used merchandise, a total lie. Wow, just totally unprofessional beyond belief.

I must say Denton and Phil were amazing, their customer service was top tier! Assistance unmatched, I wish all my interactions when going to an auto parts store was like this! Got a set of MacDaddy jumper cables from the store asked the guy if it was good to jump a truck and he said these will jump the biggest diesel rig you dun ever seen. Man, he wasn’t kidding!!
as soon as I put the last cable on, Sparks flew like Fourth of July. My truck turned right on he wasn’t lying. love the organization and layout of the store. They have way better selection than advanced auto parts. Gotta love the Irish, go O’Reillys!! my new store And go to for any auto parts. Thank you guys!!

Probably one of the worst experiences i've had with a customer service representative. The amount of paperwork just to make a simple Transfer Of an account from the owner of the house to me As a renter would take thirty days and more than five pages of Forms.

I live a few blocks away from O'Reilly Auto Parts & I part my Deisel Box Truck 3 blocks away. I have spent a lot of money at this location since they started. Last year I purchased 2 batteries for my truck at a cost of just under $500. I just took one of those batteries to test. They told me I needed a new battery. I told them I just purchase it at this location last year. They told me they have no record & I must show the receipt. I couldn't find my receipt. I told them to look at my history of purchases. They showed me on the computer screen that they had my name & phone number but not one item was listed. Now I was just there 2 days earlier, purchase a air filter & pointed to the person who sold it to me. I've been going there for years & spent a lot of money & they erased everything. Back business. Needless to say, I will not go there again. There's plenty of auto stores who want business. I'm a busy owner of 30years. 5-Star Review

Not a friendly experience with this O Reilly's. From out of town, always use O'Reilly's. Went in, and the clerk kept saying they were having computer issues and couldn't look up the part. Another clerk was available, and supposedly, they were able to look up the part. They said it was a part they didn't have and were not able to order it. I went to Autozone, and they did not have it in stock but were able to order it. I got it the next day
