My kids bought me Omaha a gift card. I dont recommend anyone buying from Omaha as it is a Totally a ripoff. I rate this company a one star as its far from worth the money

Update Nov 28, 2023 - When you have a problem contact the company executive team - They refunded most of my money.Nov 22, 2023 - I placed my order a month ago and paid extra to be delivered on Monday before Thanksgiving - It didn’t arrive - wrote to the corporate office no response - customer service didn’t help and as of now (5:30 pm Wednesday evening) I still don’t have the shipment and I have 10 people coming tomorrow. Not reliable at all.

Was here last week to get a special Tenderloin Tips that was offered to us via post card.Worked with Chris.Ended up getting the Tips, the Cheesecake Sampler and the Mini Garlic Butter Baguettes, Beef Jerky & Spice Rub.Chris was amazing and super helpful. Didn’t mind me asking a ton of questions and even opening some of the boxes to show me what you would buy. This place has soooooooo many offerings. Granted it is not cheap at all, and your better off going in the store to see what they have on special like the 1 Dessert 1 Side for $27.99. Also sign up for the reward program it pays off. We really enjoyed everything we got, except the jerky, it’s a tad bit too salty.The Rub is the best in the world, and we are big spice users!The mini cheesecakes are in there own plastic ramekins and very tasty.Haven’t tried the baguettes yet though.The tenderloins were a big hit, as we made a stir fry with peppers and onions, and it was amazing.I do highly recommend coming and checking out this little shop, as it has a lot of yummy offerings and great employees to boot ?

I was in the Boca Raton store today. I was helped by a very friendly and knowledgeable employee. He made a lot of suggestions and recommendation. I tried two of them tonight and they were excellent. The name on my receipt was David B. and he made. good impression.

My first Omaha Steaks experience and the young lady there her name tag said Alex O. I went in with the worse attitude I must admit but she was so sweet and incredibly knowledgeable. I didn’t think this kind of customer service still existed. I didn’t realize Omaha Steaks had such a wide selection it doesn’t look like that in the mailers I get. I was a bit overwhelmed. I just wanted to buy a gift for my friend. Alex, she was so helpful! Great store, worth the long drive for Me.

We came here first time to buy Ribeyes steak because we haven't found in our regular place. Well, it's somehow expensive relatively for all the big chains supermarkets. But it is worth that if you can afford the extra price. We got fillet mignon and rib steaks which came in a fancy box and each steak sealed separately, so you can freeze what ever you don't want to use the same day. The steaks was really goods and taste great. Customer service was good and they was patient to answer all my questions. Generally i will recommend that place if you want something good and willing to pay the price for it.

There used to be a great deal of customer service where the store manager ir representative would suggest packages and even condiments to make you a great supper, but now, the doors are closed and one must wait outside and look at literature without interaction. The regular flu is worse than this new virus and we are all falling for the media unbalanced report . I didn't make my purchase this time.

This review is specifically for the location at 1201 Federal Hywy in Ft Lauderdale. I love them. Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. I redeemed a coupon today. Came home and ate some of the tasty treats from my order! I was just so happy, i wanted to call and thank them, but they were closed. So, THIS IS MY THANK YOU!! I just had the best dinner from Omaha Steaks!
