I chose curbside pick-up, waited outside of office depot for 20 min. I finally gave up and went in the store, they just said ohhh yes you can just pick it up yourself.

Self serve printer botched the job making black lines through my 100+ page document, said job was complete when it wasn’t, and didn’t give me a receipt. Office Depot staff said they could only refund me if I had a receipt. I asked for them to offer ANYTHING, some kind of credit or let me come back to do it when the printer is fixed. Nope. Nada. Nothing. $20+ down the drain. My advice, go to Staples.
As a follow up I sent an email as requested below and didn’t receive a reply. So, again, 1 star.

People who work with poor quality and were waiting in line for 30 minutes with my daughter on their lap and they passed another person in front of me, very rude, a zero rating, you can't put any stars for this type of place.

If I could give this location a zero star I would!!! So unprofessional!!! First, I asked them to help me out with an order I made online one of their works was super rude about it and started to say nonsense. I asked for the manager and I was on hold for over 10 minutes until I hanged up and call back. The manager was no help at ALL. Now I see why Office Depots are closing everywhere. Trouble customers service.

If I could leave a negative star I would. Worst Service Ever and Corporate is just as bad. Does not stay true on their promises. What kind of company offers you a refund and then turns around and say, no, we changed are mind. We will not be issuing a refund. Office Depot should be ashamed. I was promised a refund because my next-day ink delivery took two weeks to arrive. After repeated excuses and promises, I was told I would receive a refund to compensate for the delay. I telephoned Office Depot because I did not receive the promised refund. OD then told me I would not get the refund because the ink was ultimately delivered. Just as bad, I have attempted to contact OD and have not received a response. Corporate should be ashamed… if you need supplies delivered and are promised next-day delivery, get the item elsewhere because chances are very high that you will not receive the order and will be given a runaround !!!

I'm a teacher and needed a ton of papers laminated before school starts up again next week after break. I have arthritis and needed things laminated so my husband could help me cut everything.
I brought everything in and the kid behind the counter told me he could maybe do half of it. 'It'll take me a month to do all this.' he said. And told me he couldn't do it. Seriously? This is a service provided by Office Depot that I'd happily pay for. He told me they didn't have a big machine, when I could literally see it behind the counter. What a lazy employee. I will not be going back here.

My experience getting letters printed was very positive. A helpful and kind staff member helped me get my project done while I waited and shopped. Very excellent service!

It took multiple days, several visits, hours on the phone and in the store to make 10 copies of a presentation booklet. Unless you HAVE to use OD - I recommend using UPS, FEDEX or even the library. Worse, with all the problems, the staff seemed to be disinterested in the whole thing, further aggravating the situation and me.
Used to love OD, not so much any longer...
