I ordered a lot of invitation prints because it said they would be here on time. Once I ordered them, they did not make it on time- actually the day they were supposed to arrive the order was still “processing” so they weren’t even made yet. So I canceled the order and nothing came up about a refund so I had to contact customer service. I’ve contacted about four different times because my refund wasn’t coming and after jumping through hoop after hoop speaking to only people who have such strong accents that I can barely understand It just keeps ending with my “refund will be in my account in 5-7” business days. That was three months ago… still don’t have my refund, still getting told the same thing, so I’m guessing they’ll just keep telling you that and keep your money in hopes you’ll forget or just not care anymore. I would just go to Walmart for prints they’re cheaper and have same to next day ready.

I ordered a desk over the Black Friday holiday from an Office Depot retail store and there was a mix up with the delivery address of no fault of veyer logistics. We tried to put a cancel order through at the Office Depot store but were too late to intercept the delivery process. It landed in the wrong place. Long story short, I contacted the 1-800-Go-Depot line and veyer logistcs made the necessary notation and took steps to retrieve it (which happened) but I had to talk with a third person (veyer logistics) who then stuck with me through the rest of the process. Eventually they put the wheels in motion to firmly complete the return on the cc. It was a longer than usual process that produced more stress over the already stressful holiday. But in the end, one of the girls made sure that the return happened and she was pleasant to work with. We just lost communication for several days and I did not know what was happening. I would say that if the item cannot be picked up in-store at an Office Depot, then make sure that all steps are followed when purchasing on-line, including giving the correct shipping address...if you have any doubts, go to the store and they will work with you in-store to have an on-line purchase product sent to your home if it is not in-store in a box. Otherwise, know that Office Depot uses a third party co. for their deliveries and does not typically use their own drivers.

I put some checks in my cart but never placed the order. Somehow, they charged me and shipped the checks to me without sending me any order confirmation. When I reached out saying I never placed the order, they said it was non-refundable. They never acknowledged that they charged me without my consent.

So let me get this straight. You call the police on your paying customers and then you lie about it. Thank God for Dr. Richie for exposing you. I have a small business that has done business with you for years but you will never get another nickel. That young man could have lost his life after you called the police on him!!! You lied on him and then you lied again and said that you didn't do it. Well you didn't expect the 911 tape to be released. I hope this incident puts you out of business .

I ordered a banner along with the suction cups they offered via the web page. The banner was shipped but not the suction cups. When I called to see when the suction cups were coming, I was told my entire order had shipped and to send a photo of what I had received. I did that as well as a copy of the original order. The new link to look at the order had BEEN CHANGED to show only a banner ordered and the TOTAL PRICE STAYED THE SAME !! Emailed the address that came with the banner they said that the price charged to my card had been adjusted. I checked with my bank and emailed back that the price/charge had not been adjusted. Next email and phone call explained that they were a fulfillment center and never had any suction cups. Told to call 1-800 GO-DEPOT. Called there, got an apology and an assurance that they would ship me the suction cups. 2 weeks later and time to hang the banner has arrived but no cups, yet. Called back again and was told they had been delivered, according to an escalation. Apparently, the escalation person only looked at the banner shipment and considered it shipped and delivered vs. reading further to see they had not. Finally got a credit (I hope) and called the local store in Lockport, NY (15 miles away) to see if I could pick some up. Melissa, the manager there, checked the item number in her system and found that they had not carried that item in years but it was still on the webpage. She went out of her way to go to the local Dollar Tree and bought out of her pocket suction cups so I could have some, today!! Like I told the people on the phone, the local people in the stores have always been AWESOME but their web services are horrible.

I made the mistake of buying 2 laptops from them 3 years ago. They sell you on their tech. support by saying if anything happens just bring it in. When you do, they don't do any hardware issues, so what good is it? I stopped using the laptops and began using my phone because the laptops gave us so much trouble. They continued billing me for the tech. support $130/yr, even though I called the store and told them I didn't want it. The following year, same thing. I called Office Depot Customer service and got a consultant in India who said he cancelled and I would get the refund. Two years later, I'm on hold for 24 mins. now waiting for some resolution. Don't buy from Depot or Max!

Worst seller I have ever encountered. I ordered this item on May 26, and it was supposed to be delivered by June 1. It had not even shipped by that date. I called Walmart and was advised to cancel the order. and the service rep told me, and I asked her 3 times if my cancelation request would go through and she said absolutely I had nothing to worry about . That night I got a message from this seller that they had just shipped the item and they would not honor my cancellation request, In other words, they ignored the communications Walmart and I sent them that afternoon and they shipped the order anyway in hopes of avoiding the cancelation. I advidesd them to call their shipper and have it rerouted back to them and they refused that too.. See what I mean here, at every step they are making it harder on the customer. The response should have been. "Im sorry your order is so late and we will gladly honor your cancellation request and have the package intecetped." I contacted UPS and they told me the same thing, they told me to tell the sender to have the package intercepted, and they refused. Now it is scheduled to arrive on Monday at which time I will have to refuse delivery. So they have put me through all this hassle and it's still ongoing. And Walmart has been no help to me either

I want to start by saying if I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a printer online, it was shipped to the wrong address. I called the toll free number, the rep could see the shipping address was entered correctly and the error was on their end (this was my 2nd call, the first one had me on hold 15 minutes and disconnected me). I was issued a refund. A supervisor called the next day and left me a message that because the item had been received the refund would be canceled. I had already explained 3x the error was theirs because I had entered the correct shipping address (which was the same as the billing address) it was not my fault the system generated the wrong address in error. They kept arguing that I had received the printer. They were unable to comprehend what I was saying. I drove to the incorrect address (not safe IMO) and requested they give me the printer. Fortunatly, the did. I took the printer to the store and left it with the manager. The store manager at my local store had attempted to get the money refunded without success when the 1st one was cancelled. (At the time I delivered the printer my 2nd refund attempt was pending.) Thank goodness I did their job for them in retrieving the printer or I would be out $541. The store manager ended up doing an in-store refund since the online was canceled 2 times and I had brought the printer back. I will NEVER buy from them online again. If I can get it at the store I will, otherwise my money will be spent elsewhere.

A woman who worked for an Office Depot location in Kentucky for nearly 20 years recently passed away from stage 4 colon cancer January 2023. Office Depot decided to change their company's health insurance provider in December of 2022 while this woman was hospitalized due to dying from stage 4 colon cancer. This new health insurance company Office Depot chose refused to pay out to this woman's daughter bc her mother hadn't worked a full day in 2023.As a cancer survivor myself, it breaks my heart that Office Depot, a multi million dollar corporation, decided to look for a loophole to avoid paying out money that is owed to an employees family rather than just paying them. This woman was an employee with Office Depot for almost 20 years and this is how they treat her. This should serve to show how they feel about their customers as well. If they treat their own this way, they don't care about the people who do business with them.

I wanted to cancel a curbside order online but it would not let me. So, I checked the FAQ section to see what I needed to do. It says to call the local store to cancel. I called the local store and was told that I needed to call the 800 number. So I called the 800 number and had a very difficult time reaching a person. When I finally reached a person, they suddenly couldn't hear me after explaining I wanted to cancel. I decided to give it some time before trying again so I didn't get upset over something so small. I noticed the site says your order will be cancelled after 5 days if you don't pick it up. It's 10 days later and now says that it was picked up. Interesting. So I called the store and the associate told me the item is still there. So I take it Office Depot is really just hurting for money so badly they make it super difficult to cancel any way other than going into the store. Wtaf.

Horrible Mistake
The product is horrible and serves no purpose but cost to the consumer. The promise of one day delivery is non-existent. The local stores do not recognize the online stores and see themselves as separate. Customer service is nonexistent and everyone seems to be void of product knowledge. Upon calling to cancel this none service product no one had any knowledge at all. This will result in me shutting down the entire account and continuing to do business online with Amazon, Walmart & BestBuy. A word of wisdom: “business customers will continue to require service. We will pay for service to keep our businesses running smoothly. AI nor call centers are able to fill this role”

Ordered a print on 1/17/23 they charged me for 2 printers. Took the money for 2 printers. My invoice says 1 printer. Then I contacted customer service on 1/23/23 told them about the error. They told me the second order would be canceled and my money would be refunded. The afternoon of 1/23/23 I get emailed tracking for a second printer even tho the first one was delivered 1/23/23.I called a second time was told it would be canceled and someone would be contacting me in 24 hrs. No phone call ever happened. Got up on 1/24/23 and both purchases had been refunded. Got up on 1/25/23 had been charged for one. Thinking all is good. The afternoon of 1/25/23 the second printer shows up. I refused delivery of that printer. Wake up 1/27/23 and have now again been charged a second time. Have had one chat and 2 phone calls on 1/27/23 and the only answer I get it someone will call me in 24-48 hrs. Same thing I was told on 1/23/23. No body has yet to call. I wouldn't order off their website, they scam your money and won't return it.
