This review is regarding the claims process for the Tirerack tire warranty . I’ve had 4 claims on two vehicles’ tires in the past 2 years (I purchased 8, so half have blown out from debris driving daily on I-4, go figure). The first claim was a little clunky, as I was not familiar with the process or their claim portal system. However, I’ve since learned and it’s actually quite easy. Made the latest claim last week and received the check in the mail today. Some feedback:Cut down on the auto text function used. Each time some one touches the claim you get bombarded with multiple texts saying the same thing.Have a way for a direct deposit to happen instead of mailing a check. Those points aside, I have full confidence with this company and will continue choosing Tirerack for my tire needs, thanks to the folks at NIU Claims.

Don't trust these people. Filed two separate road hazard claims about 4 months apart. Approved the first and denied the second. Both legit. They're crooked as a dog's leg. Customer service attitude on the phone is very hostile and I gave it right back to them. This reflects very poorly on The Tire Rack since they choose to utilize these jack-legs for their road hazard coverage. I'll take my tire business elsewhere. Too bad. They don't need my business, I'm sure.

I submitted my documentation and received the reimbursement for my new tire as promised. Just another indication that doing business with Tire Rack is my way to go!!

CERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Don't waste your money and your time whit this people.I had a flat tire that couldn't be fixed so I contact them to use my policy. and the answer from them is that the tire did not meet the replacement policies because it was used, that means that you tire has to be new for been replaced. what kind of excuse is that???. I cant no imagine how many excuses they have to don't pay anyone. For the price of this policy I could have bought a new 4 tires and skipped all the excuses they have.this "company NIU" must to be reported whit the authoritiesPLEASEEEEE, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Company does not honor their contracts. I leased 2021 Toyota Tacoma with a contract with NIU for $400 Key Replacement. I lost the key and went to a nearby Toyota dealer for a replacement key. Was charged $400 by Toyota and presented this claim to NIU. They would only refund me $251.98. Even though the contract called for $400 refund - NIU insisted they only would pay the lower amount. Communicating with them is impossible since the supervisor has no email/telephone number to speak with. Warning.....this is not a reputable company to deal with!

You must follow their tire replacement instructions or your claim will be denied. When filing my first claim I was told that when I had my vehicle in at the repair facility I needed to call them so they could authorize the replacement before it was done with the tire facility. Seems simple enough. I was out of town and asked my parents to take my vehicle in. They tried to have the tire clerk call for authorization. The clerk told them to just submit the receipt for reimbursement and everything would be fine. They trusted the tire clerk and had the tire replaced. When I submitted the receipt for reimbursement my claim was denied because they did not authorize the replacement at the time the vehicle was taken in. My parents are disabled and I support them financially. I work out of town most of the time and tried my best to have the instructions followed. While the insurance company is completely within their right to deny the claim per their policy, I feel they were completely discompassionate and unsympathetic to the situation and human error. Even after I appealed their decision explaining why protocol wasn't followed, they still denied the claim. Make sure you follow their instructions for having your claim processed NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE ELSE TELLS YOU. IF IN DOUBT CALL THEM RIGHT THEN AND THERE WHILE YOUR AT THE FACILITY OR YOUR CLAIM WILL BE DENIED. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

I would give this business no stars if that was possible. Purchased a titanium pkg ($1300) when purchasing my F150 which covered lost Fob. Made an honest error in submitting reimbursement claim and sent a detailed appeal to at least consider 50% reimbursement for the amount that would have been covered. Received a form letter denying entire claim signed by "Claims Dept" no signature of an actual representative. Good Luck with connecting with an actual representative. No consideration on any possible compromise for an unintended miscue on my part. On my final year of a 4 year contract I never submitted a claim.Obvious why this business receives overwhelmingly so many awful reviews. Would not touch again.

Ordered some tires from tire rack last August. Punctured a tire last month and submitted a claim through the website and just received a check in the mail yesterday. Very quick processing of my claim.

My experience is identical to Kevin, who responded four months ago. Bought tires with Tire Rack, and forgot that the insurance was included.Had a big screw in the sidewall of the tire, and went to buy a new one, and realized that there was some type of possible insurance. Called NIU, and was surprised that this was a legitimate claim. They sent me approval, and after I sent the receipts for the new tire and installation, I received the check within two weeks. When the check arrived, it had no specific information regarding the claim. I almost thought it was a scam, and I had no idea what it was for. Went to the Internet and realized it was for the tire. The agent for NIU could not have been nicer, and the whole process was quick.Still amazed that they covered the tire, which was something I never would expect to have claimed. Maybe they have improved their customer service and process after having so many bad reviews. They could not have been better for me, and I would recommend them highly!

So I received a check today. Didn't know (forgot) what it was for. Researched the company (NIU) and saw someone mentioned "Tire Rack" in a Google Review on the company. Ahhh. I had a blown tire under warranty that I submitted a claim on.My experience was a lot different from most of these comments. I called Tire Rack to buy 4 tires (1/2020). One tire blew out. It was under warranty. I called Tire Rack who told me to get in touch with NIU, which I did. I mailed NIU my receipt of the new tire purchase and installation. Got my check in the mail today. May 2 weeks tops. That was it.I can't complain. The rep (Kirby) was very professional and full of energy. His customer service was great. Answered all my questions about the process. Kirby explained the process to me from A-Z, and this morning I got my check in the mail. Sorry to hear your experience was different. It would be great if they would email the refund as a Visa or Mastercard gift card. Would be much faster and convenient for customers versus mailing a paper check, but hey, money is money.
