Marc pointed out those particulars that would usually be missed by a potential buyer, but let us walk through at our own pace examining the obvious things like room layout etc. etc. Never pushy or overbearing, but he had all the answers to our questions and gave us insight to the special or unique ownership requirements in Palm Beach County. If we asked about something where the information was not readily available, we had our answer via email or phone within a few hours. His negotiation skills became evident when we obtained a sellers commitment below our top dollar offer.

Working with Marc jablon was a wonderful experience he helped me out with everything needed to take all the stress out of the transaction of selling my condo found me movers cleaning staff to prepare my place for sale and found me buyers during a pandemic he took half the time another realter would of taken to sell my place he's honest friendly and easy to get along with I definitely recommend him for both selling a place or buying a place you can rest assured you'll be in good hands I plan on doing buissnes with him in the future

I met Marc 11 years ago on a purchase. He was very helpful conveying the details of the deal between the sellers and me. He also seemed to have an excellent understanding of the value of the home being bought. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling real estate in Palm Beach County Florida.
