As I read these reviews that give Tony ( the pharmacist ) less than favorable comments, I can only shake my head in disbelief. I've been dealing with this pharmacy for well over a year and Tony has always been more than helpful. Those of you who are complaining, step back and put yourself in his shoes, would you really want to deal with yourself? Tony thank you for all your help and continue your fine service.

Horrendous customer service. Probably the worst store manager I've ever encountered. Zero people or communication skills, ask a simple question on location of a particular item you will be greeted by attitude, and a condescending piece of work. Will be reporting him to district management.

I had my 40% off coupon and I decided to stop in here to get some snacks.. This self standing CVS is big and the aisles are well marked above. I was able to find the snacks section promptly. I find their Gold Emblem generic label to be a good private label....they had a honey sriracha cashews that caught my eye, so I got them. I like spicy, so that was great.

Poor management ... or should I say poor management skills. I was patiently waiting in the photo area. While the manager walked up fronted and waited on guests in the store check out. He continued to check people out as I waited and waited. After 15 min I asked for assistance. He said sure as soon as I am done here (his tone was irritated and unprofessional). He then continued to check people out who kept walking up to the counter. When he did approach me, he said "what do you need"? Well, what I don't need is your attitude and less than professional demeanor. He was even rude to folks trying to self check out! Zero management skills, zero patience, zero customer service skills (even worse for a manager). WalGreens is right next door~ I will move my business there until there is an improvement in customer service at this CVS.

I have been lied to, given misinformation and, today, hung up on! I'm not sure how any business can continue like this. This location is so poorly run. They do have some employees that are committed to service, but the leadership is awful. CVS should really do better training to their management.

Tony the Pharmacist is by far the worst person I have event encountered. He treated me with disrespect and will never go there again. He should not be working in the customer service field ever.

Had no idea that the reviews on the Pharmacy and staff were so horrendous until I came here to write my review. Tony, the manager is incapable of running a pharmacy. How he is still in charge here is beyond my understanding. Customer service here is worse than the service you would receive at a fast food restaurant. The pharmacy techs here have absolutely no customer service because Tony allows them to behave this way towards customers.

The store seems to never pick up the phone called about my RX got disconnected 4 times so far.it would it easier to get a hold of the President. Called CVS.com for help after a hour of talking to 4 different people giving my info out 4 different time said i need to call the store!

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE AT PHARMACY I have been a customer for over 20 years. My doctor sent in a request for a prescription that they had filled in the past and they changed the price and told me that that prescription should last 90 days I told them that the doctor said it was for a 30 day supply and the pharmacist insisted that he was going to fill it the way he insisted .I told him that the medication would not last me 90 days and that it had to be for 30 days and he said "I will not fill any more prescriptions for you again in the store". I asked him to please speak with the doctor and he hung up on me. As far as I'm concerned this is malpractice and I will go further with this complaint and I advise everyone to be very careful dealing with this pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacists are rude and clearly don't want to be there. They don't answer the phone and are even worse in person. I only use CVS because it's convenient but it's actually more inconvenient because they're so unprofessional.

This pharmacy needs an update. It feels pretty old fashioned. It's a big space but nothing feels nice about it. Even the machine that prints out the couple a is in a strange place - at the beginning of so random aisle- I think it used to be somewhere more obvious. It was not easy to fins someone to help me which I didn't love either. I was able to use my coupons easily which sometimes is a challenge at CVS. I sometimes visit this location when visiting other vendors in this strip. The signs are not always up to date with their promotions and that bothers me- I will get up to the counter and only if so am following g the checkout I might see BOGO 50% off. and the sign didn't say so. I like having my extra buck rewards as long as the store can help make it a seamless transaction.

The manager of this store is not only rude beyond belief, he has now committed a crime. My fiancee went in to collect a MoneyGram, he processed the transaction (and we have the transaction number) and then claimed he had no money in the store to pay... she came back the next day (today), and he again refused to pay. She needs the money for her Childrens medical needs and all we can do is try to take a minimum of 3 months with MoneyGram to reverse everything and then prosecute this disgusting man. CVS has done nothing to help us at this point. I'm sure its just this one manager at this one store, but it is grand theft and nobody cares. Of course we are going to the police, but avoid this store no matter what... I have NEVER seen such corruption from a corporate store in my life! Update... I went back to the store myself, and they still will not payout the money they have received.... they are trying to make us jump thru all kinds of hoops... I waited over an hour on the phone to speak with corporate and they took the information but refused to let me speak to the Regional Manager. CVS clearly does not care about their customers in the least... this is an outrage! It turns out is also in violation of Florida State Code 560.

Possibly the most uncaring pharmacy. Unhelpful - no sense of urgency. A definite disappointment. Prescription is in the system - make me call the Dr when the prescription was already in their system.
