I purchased a Golden power lift recliner from Mobility City 5 months ago & at that time I wrote an excellent review on the service & product. I am now more impressed with Mobility City & Golden , when a problem occurred with the lift chair. Kris, from Mobility came to my home & for almost 2 hours tried to resolve the problem, at no charge, but it still remained, Diane, the owner of Mobility, requested that they replace this chair, as this was the only way I wanted it resolved. Golden agreed to replace the chair, which was done last week to my satisfaction. Again Kris impressed me with the care in setting up the new chair, GREAT JOB GUYSHoward S

Review is for customer service from Christian and staff whie visiting the store. Went in to inquire about a motorized wheelchair. Christian really took an interest, gathering lots of information before making suggestions on appropriate products. Staff was patient and pleasant. Highly recommend for customer service.

We needed to diagnose an issue with a Pride GoGo Elite Traveler mobility scooter, and this business was extremely helpful! The techs checked everything out on the scooter, including taking it apart. Since they didn't have to replace any parts, they didn't charge us for their time! Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We heartily recommend this business. GREAT attitudes.

We feel we were fortunate to find this store on the Internet. We didn’t know for sure what we wanted in a n electric scooter. We were greeted by Vinny the owner who naturally knew exactly how to help us. His friendliness and knowledge put us at ease immediately. He said the Zoomer seemed to be the vehicle that would serve Lloyd’s needs best. Not only that, but it doesn’t require service. Vinny demonstrated the Zoomer by allowing Lloyd to drive it inside and out. The Zoomer weighs 52 pounds, folds. Put it in the car trunk or take it on a plane. It’s comfortable and a snap to operate. There was no high pressure, but we were sold.Vinny had Christian deliver the Zoomer to us the same day. Christian , too. was very helpful by giving us additional tips about operating the Zoomer. We highly recommend this store. MOBILITY City.HAO Bac LY and Lloyd Parsons. January 24, 2021.

My son had an injury to his leg which required him using a motorized scooter or wheelchair. Steve was compassionate, caring, patient, and understanding. While we waited for approval from the insurance company, Steve provided my Son with a motorized scooter. Fast forward and many frustrating phone calls to the insurance company they denied the claim.Steve was so generous and compassionate he didn't charge me more than the initial deposit. Which was nothing compared to the hundreds I would have had to pay since the insurance denied the claim. Thank you kind Sir for being an Earth Angel to us. May God continue to Bless you! Wishing you continued success

I would give no stars, but I imagine this program would ask for at least 1 star.On Nov 14,2018 I went to this establishment with a note from my doctor containing measurements for open toe compression stockings. The salesperson Donna told me they would be $59.35 with a discount. I gave her my credit card and as soon as she completed the charge, a mancame to the front of the store and said those stockings were no longer available. I left assuming my charge would be canceled. WRONG! ( Never assume). Charge was put on my account. I called and was told that the owner or manager handles that and she would get back to me. NEVER happened. I then filed a dispute with MasterCard who took the $53.95 off my bill. On Jan 29,2019 I received a notice from Master Card that the dispute would no long be in my favor and the $53.95 was once again on my statement. I also received a copy of a summary Mobility City submitted. "Their reason is that they know of know dispute or dissatisfaction from the customer. It went on to say I agreed to a no refund policy. If there was a problem the stocking company would exchange it to make me happy!" They also went on to say that seniors may not recognize or remember this purchase!!!!!" No one seems to remember that there were no stockings to complain about, because THOSE STOCKINGS WERE NOT AVAILABLE!!!! No one including people at the dispute department understood, that I never received any merchandise, so there was nothing to complain about. It took lots of calls to the dispute people to help them understand and finally on March 8,2019 I received a letter stating that the dispute was resolved in my favor. If you have read this far, you might be interested in going to Yelp and read other reviews about Mobility City.My memory ain't so bad, is it???To reply to the owner's answer that I have the wrong Mobility City, the address I have on YOUR receipt is 1801 NE 45 Street (Florianda) inFt Lauderdale. If you do not deal in compression stockings why doesmy receipt describe an open toe white casual cotton????
