My 99 year old father had this service and the senior center he was living in took it away because the fire department complained about him using it. I cancelled the service June 2023 but Mobile Help has refused to stop billing quarterly because I'm unable to return the equipment since the senior center took it away. I live in another state. The "leased" equipment costs $180 and he has been billed $254.70 since cancellation but they refuse to apply this amount and want me to pay the additional $180. Save your money and find a better company to deal with!!!!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER!! They will be extremely pushy about upselling, refuse to give out pricing info in writing or even list your options clearly during the call, and will then robocall you daily despite being asked not to call you again. There are MUCH more honest suppliers out there who will give you pricing info without requiring a phone number.. I'm so grateful I didn't let them pressure me into buying their product, but deeply regret being scammed into providing my phone number. Absolutely despicable business practices, for a caregiving product. Jeepers.

The representative, Stuart H., who contacted me about Mobil Help was outstanding. I had called another company regarding purchasing a device, and they were no comparison to Stuart. He was friendly, very informative, and knowledgeable. He answered every question I asked and was always courteous and patient. I felt confident that I purchased the right product! I was very happy that the equipment has fall protection, and extra button for the bathroom, and speakers for upstairs and downstairs.
