Subpar response times when you have a question.
When you work with state farm, they obligate you to have an agent.
My agent Mike is not great, as he basically blows off my questions.
With the other guys, I at least get answers the same day.

Extremely rude. I called for a quote and when he decided to get back to me after I had already solidified a deal with a different agent he harassed me, calling me back to back after I told him I am all set cutting me off while I was speaking. I told him that if someone say no it means their not interested and he insisted that the information I had was incorrect. I HATE salespeople like this with all that I am. I've been in sales my whole life and no means no. I would not recommend doing business with this person.

What a serendipitous call I recieved today when Juan Arenas reached out to me regarding my auto insurance renewal. Not only was he polite and gracious, he readily answered my questions and addressed my concerns in an informed and professional fashion. I typically do not respond well to insurance agents who want to "sell me something".. he wanted to help me make the best decision for my situation. Thank you very much! You are a gem in the industry.

I had a fantastic conversation with Andres, who provided exceptional customer service and extensive product knowledge. I used to be with Allstate for years, but due to the company constantly raising rates, I switched to Progressive. One thing I appreciated about Allstate was their practice of checking in every six months to ensure customer satisfaction. When Progressive started raising my rates, Andres reached out at just the right time and managed to save me $45.00 per month. Thank you, Andres, for your excellent work—keep it up!

I have been a loyal customer of this Insurance office for the past 4 years, and I must say that they truly excel in their field. Agent Andres Garcia, in particular, has consistently provided exceptional service. Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with him over the phone for 4 hours as he assisted me in updating my policy for my vehicles. Throughout our conversation, he consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and a genuine desire to help me save money while ensuring I have the best coverage. I was truly impressed by his patience and enthusiasm in assisting me as a customer. I can confidently say that I have no intention of switching insurance providers. The quality of service they offer is truly unmatched.
