the manager brian did a very good job of taking care of me and solved all the problems i had on my phone, even gave me a free tablet. these other reviews must’ve been mistaken for a different store because i’ve NEVER had a problem with these guys

The worse store ever. I have my account with metro for more than 15 years and this never happened to me before. The sales person is a thief . I came to the store to add an extra line to my account for $40, and he added me an $80 extra account plus $106.78 for activation. I told him I didn’t want anything because he never clarify that plan or anything. He just told me “It’s too late” I called customer service from the store explained the situation and they told me that the store should give me a return or I should dispute that transaction. They guy tried to give me the bag with the new phone, but I didn’t take it. I told him I didn’t want it. Left the store and disputed that transaction. I understand it is a franchise, but they should be more careful with the type of employees they have. I will NEVER buy anything AGAIN in that location.

A worker there is selling people / programming the wrong phone from what people are buying. This place is shiesty big time go elsewhere or at least double check everything because they're way off the deep end programming phones different from what people are buying and paying for.

They added a tablet to my account without my permission I was charged for it. I had to call customer service to get a credit on it. This is terrible. I am older guy in my 80 in the added the tablet to my account. Without my permission. This store does a lotta illegal stuff.

I went to I went to the store to pay my bill they offered me a free tablet but did not let me know it cost per month I got billed for it and they never told me what the price was. They also added two more numbers to my account without my permission this store is not a good store to go to

Horrible Store location don’t shop here. So the so-called manager JB charged us over 300$ for an iPhone 11 (porting our number) when all along they were running a promotion when you port in a your phone number that you get that phone for free total rip off. Now within a 14 day return policy they won’t even honor returning it and getting our money back even with a corporate directive to do so horrible location I recommend you not go to this store

This is NOT the Metro store to go to if you want honest service, and fair pricing. While the gentleman seemed nice at first, he's great at selling; and scamming. I guess the fact that his family owns the store (and other stores) is a great motivator. I dealt with the same person every visit.On 12/27 my phone started having issues, couldn't make/receive calls, and regular text wouldn't send. I went to this Metro store to ask if there were issues with Metro's service. I was told no, I asked if my memory being close to full mattered he said no. He then did a network reset and told me I should give it 2 hours to update. 12/28, still the same, I go back to the shop, he tries another reset, no luck. After waiting 2 more hours, I then called Metro's customer service; they talked me through a network reset, waited the 2 hours and had to call again. I was told my case needed to be escalated and that a tech would be contacting me.12/29, still had no service (only whatsapp and emails) I head back to the Metro store. Now he tells me it's my phone, and claims many customers having the same issues, claimed that Samsung ended support for the J7 without notice and that I needed to buy a new phone. I'd already told him it was a bad time financially to be forced to buy a new phone. I looked at the Samsung's on display, A13 5 G was I believe $269.00, I knew I was entitled to an upgrade, he said I can set you up with the A13 phone for about $250, having no phone I agreed. He goes in the back and brings out the phone, A13 on the box. He then said he would "throw in" a phone case, glass protector and a charger. Out of a need for a phone I moved forward with the purchase. After talking to a neighbor who had the same phone, I find out after the fact he sold me the older model A13, which should have been $140.00. When I pulled the receipt out of the bag I was shocked to see that $139.99 was the price for the phone, and he had charged me for all those items he was going to "throw in" (case $26.75, charger $32.10, glass protector $26.75) plus $21.42 for a feature change? Grossly up charging each item. I was upset especially after Metro Corporate advised me there was no issue with Samsung and the J7. I went back to the Metro store, told him I was clearly unhappy, especially with the fact that the phone was only 32g. I was confused with the storage; the A13 on display showed 64g, the one he set up had only 32g, clearly storage would still be an issue. He then tells me he sold me the A13 Lite, NOT the one on display. I then questioned all those items he was going to "throw in" , he said he made a bundle deal. A "bundle deal" was never discussed, not once. I asked to return at least the charger, and case, he refused telling me it was part of a "package deal" and "we don't do refunds" Note, each item was charged separately on the receipt. The receipt states returns within 14 days, with packaging, be warned, he opens everything and throws away the packaging! Tell me that wasn't deliberate!?If you don't want to be lied to and taken advantage of then avoid this store, go to Metro Corporate Stores NOT an Authorized dealer like this one.

This used to be a nice place. Went in today to get a tablet and one of the guys working behind the desk was extremely unprofessional.(a younger Hispanic/African American guy). His customer service was absolutely horrible. I've been a customer of metro for a very long time and I will not be going back to this store because of him.

The rudest employees. I went to the location in Deerfield and only spent 50 bucks for Samsung a53 and this store wanted $499.99. If you are looking for a new phone don't but it here but head to the store off military and 10th and talk to Tyler. It such a shame how rude the employees treated me today!!!

Nice bunch of guys but there prices are off the charts.I just wanted a block for a new Samsung galaxy A13-5g.This store wanted 35 dollars plus tax.Really!.... the store in Delray wanted $30.00 for the same one with a cable....Is there something special about Boca where we need to pay extra....I'm thinking not.So, I ended up getting it via Smile Amazon where. part of the cost goes to charity. We ended up paying 12 dollars for a pack of 2.Wow....Boca is in its own world.Thanks but we will not be visiting there again anytime soon/or anytime.good luckRon

Went to a few different metro's looking for a particular phone, which none of the metro's had in stock yet. So I decided to go to this one when I got a new phone (from Amazon). I am not from the area so was hopeful that they could port by number over from another carrier and I could keep my phone number. The person who took care of me was Kate. She was fantastic, very friendly, and told me what she was doing the whole time. Was also impressed that she spoke more than one language. Even when there was a delay she vocalized why there was a delay. But she was able to port my number and I am totally satisfied. Only thing I didn't like, but this is not a knock on this one store, but all metro's is that the only phones that are actually turned on for you to see and try are apple phones. All the other brand name phones have a generic card showing the display. But was very pleased with the service by Kate at this Metro by t-Mobile store.

I like to acknowledgement the excellent service that Sam has rendered from stores #483 located at 483 NE 20th St, Boca Raton, FL 33431. He was a pleasure to deal with and an excellent communicator let alone a great listener. His professionalism exemplify the excellent standard of the Metro PCS/TMobile branding partnership. Metro PCS/TMobile family are fortunate to have Sam as an employee because he goes above and beyond to meet customer expectation. Therefore, did not want to let his great service/accomplishment goes unnotice.Thank you Sam and I am very much appreciative of your service.

The worst customer service- ever. Young - Latina girl with very long ( yellow)!acrylic nails could not assist with my phone because her nails were a problem-she kept dropping the SIM card- she was very rude and not helpful. I was there to buy a new Samsung- and to get a card for my old phone - but she insisted they didn't have inventory- only the model 11. She talked to her co worker over me in Spanish. Rude- entitled, no mask- FYI- snd needs to cut those fake nails so she can go her job. - I'll never come back to your store. I'm sure you're losing tons of clients/ that's was just a horrific experience.
