I like to acknowledgement the excellent service that Sam has rendered from stores #483 located at 483 NE 20th St, Boca Raton, FL 33431. He was a pleasure to deal with and an excellent communicator let alone a great listener. His professionalism exemplify the excellent standard of the Metro PCS/TMobile branding partnership. Metro PCS/TMobile family are fortunate to have Sam as an employee because he goes above and beyond to meet customer expectation. Therefore, did not want to let his great service/accomplishment goes unnotice.Thank you Sam and I am very much appreciative of your service.

I just stopped in the store to pay my bill. Normally I'd do it online but my phone was dead. When I paid my bill I asked the rep why surcharge for paying in person had risen. Furthermore, why is there a surcharge at all. She told me "because I'm in the store taking up their time". So if I'd have come there just asking about phone prices would I have been charged for that? That takes up time too. Then she had the nerve to start talking junk about me after I got my receipt and headed for the door. No worries though, I'll never walk into that store again.

My phone had crashed and I needed help so I walked in and Sasha wouldn't stop until she solved the problem. I'm a delivery driver and none of my apps were working and she went over and beyond until she figured out the problem if it wasn't for her I don't know what I would've done because I use my GPS to make my deliveries and she saved me that day. Thank you

I had a great experience with one of the employees there she had excellent customer service and super sweet. She recommended me the best plan with the phone I’ve been wanting for a while now. My intentions were to just going to see what they have but she was so good with me and gave me a good deal, thank you Sasha!
