Still waiting for my Rolex, put my name on their supposed waiting lists in 2012 or 2013…regardless, it’s never going to happen, they don’t sell Daytonas to just anyone. However, they were fine to sell me a Jaeger LeCoultre, Valentino Rossi.

During my visit to the Rolex dealership, I had an excellent experience. The salesman, Donald, demonstrated a high level of professionalism and did not exert any pressure on me. I am certain that I will return to make a purchase in the future.

Walking into Mayors store, I was greeted by Stephanie. She was very pleasant and professional, I was just going to browse/window shop while waiting for my other watches to be repaired. Stephanie's customer service qualities were so good, I ended placing an order for a watch. Hope more people will get to know this store, specifically Stephanie, she is a rock star.

Best Rolex store I've ever been to! Sales people are super friendly. Every time I walk in I feel welcomed. Starting from the security guys. Manager of the store Melissa is fantastic, super patient and goes above and beyond for her clients.I had a lovely experience with Natalie she was great! Super nice and helpful. Overall they are just great and dedicated to their clients.

I had the privilege of meeting Indira Basdeo2 years ago when my husband and I decided to add our names to the waitlist for Rolex. She is a genuine sweet soul that went above and beyond to help us with our purchases. If you are in the market for a new watch or a piece of stunning jewelry I highly recommend you see her. Her customer service is like no other. You walk away knowing you have made a new friend.

I bought a Tudor Black Bay 54 at this Mayors location. It was their last one in store. After a couple of days I realized the hands of the watch were wrong- all 3 of them were too long (the seconds and minutes hand went past the minute track) and the seconds hand was of snowflake type instead of lollipop. I contacted the salesperson and let her know, and within 10 min of our conversation she said they contacted Tudor and that they just got another one courriered to the store and I could come exchange it. I asked what the Tudor rep said because I was initally debating wether to keep it because of its uniqueness but she avoided giving me any information. I asked how come no one in the store noticed this, including the store manager who helped with the sale, and she just laughed and said they all missed it. Which I honestly find very unprofessional, but I let it go. I came to the store, looked around and instantly saw that the sample of the BB54 I had seen the last time was not in the vitrine anymore. When she brought out the ‘new’ watch it was taped up like new and I asked her if that was the sample, she said no, it was brand new. I asked where did the sample go, she said it sold, this is a store, what we do is sell.So that means they sell samples after all?Again, I let it go and I inspected it. I noticed scratches on the back foil. I decided against replacing it and instead to just return it and make the purchase with another authorized dealer because at this point I lost all trust in the salesperson and the store. After finalizing the return she said “I didn’t want to tell you, but this watch will end up in a museum”.I guess she said this to spite me for losing the sale because it she honestly meant that and if that statement had any touch with reality she would have said it as soon as I called to let her know of the defect.I would not recommend this location.Also, I will be traveling to Switzerland next summer so I look forward to seeing the faulty bb54 in Tudor’s museum

Absolutely the most disrespectful sales people I have ever meet. When I entered the store I asked if the had a necklace for a pearl I have purchased in Bora Bora. The salesman said to me "No we don't have that". He did not offer to show me anything else nor apologized for not having what I was asking for. He proceeded to yell at me stating that I should go to Kay's and what do I want him to do he does not have it. As a new Boca resident I will never purchase anything at this store in the future as I was treated extremely poorly and basically forced out of the store.

From start to finish the experience with the staff at Mayors was phenomenal. Every employee treated my girlfriend and I very well but our sales professional, Svetlana Ottey, treated us like family. We will 100% be returning to deal with Svetlana. I highly recommend the store because of the amazing staff and the selection was by far the best I’ve seen in years. I’m looking forward to future trips in Mayors of Town Center at Boca Raton.

We have a great experience when shopped her with Barbara. She is very helpful and professional. We would only shop from Mayors from now. It a long process that need a lot of patience. Svetlana is always a pleasure to work with. I purchased my first watch with her 8 years ago and just purchased a new one for the holidays. This is one of the most incredible experiences. My son was purchasing his first watch and we couldn’t found a better place to do it! Daniel and Diane were incredible. I felt completely cared for in all aspects. Daniel took care of every single need of ours from beginning to end! Diane was experienced and extremely trustworthy. She definitely helped us make the best possible choice! This was truly one of the best shopping experiences…ever! Thank you so much Diane and Daniel for making our day so wonderful!
