Ike was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me many different mattresses and explain the differences of all of them. He’s having it delivered on the day that I asked for it to be delivered and he was just so nice.

So far so good. Garry was a knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy, salesperson. However, I reserve judgment on Mattress Firm until delivery.
