I had a great experience with Nicholas. He really educated me on mattresses and took his time to allow me to make my purchase and the store was closing. I would definitely recommend this store. I was there the night before and met Jason who told Nicholas that I may be stopping by and Nicholas was prepared for my return. Very good customer service.

Nicholas was great. He was patient as we tried many mattresses. We Asked questions on each. He knew most of the answers but was completely honest when he did not have the answer. In that case he looked it up. There was absolutely no pressure. A complete enjoyable experience. Above & beyond our expectations

Excellent experience buying a new mattress. Tim (who manages both the Airport Road and Federal Highway locations) is an encyclopedia of knowledge about mattresses, was friendly and patient in explaining benefits of all the appropriate mattresses in their clean and well-stocked showroom and let us come to our own conclusions about which was most comfortable for us, never pushing us to any particular mattress or price point. Delivery was on time and efficient.Our review from 2019: Robert Shelby is extremely helpful and knowledgable. He provided friendly and exceptional customer service - even called the warehouse dispatcher personally on our behalf. We've shopped happily at many Mattress Firm stores all over the east coast and always had positive customer experiences. Happy to have met Robert Shelby at this conveniently located store at Premier Park.

The manager “Tim” of the Mattress Firm stores in Boca Raton Florida , 1830 North Federal Hwy and 3320 Airport Rd. gave us the best and most amazing customer service we have ever received . We have lived in Boca Raton, Florida for many years and have purchased all of our mattresses from them. He and his team are the most knowledgeable sleep experts.Plus the customer service including the delivery team of David and Anthony totally exceeded our expectations. I am so glad I came here to pick out my mattress. My daughter surprised me with purchasing the mattress here and I was so excited. Nick was interested in what I was Looking for. Asked me and even took the time to school us in what the difference was in the mattresses. He went far beyond reach to make sure we were happy with what we got. Not pushy at all and totally understood what we wanted. He even made sure all our paperwork was correct and we walked out of there confident in our purchase.

After having shopped for several days and having tested many mattresses at six other stores, I finally found exactly what I was looking for, needed and wanted in a mattress. The sales expert, Stuart, steered me in the right direction and explained why the mattress I wanted was the one I should indeed buy because of how the mattress itself was constructed and because of all of the safeguards built into every purchase from Mattress Firm.I am both grateful and relieved that finally, a salesperson truly understood this specialized industry to assist me in making an educated decision so I could simply enjoy a good night’s sleep again. My husband & I went to Mattress Firm looking for a new beautyrest that is no longer in circulation. Stuart was there to assist us & was extremely helpful, knowledgeable & patient throughout the entire process. He offered several alternatives & we purchased the BeautyRest Black Hybrid. My daughter and I came into the Mattress Firm on Airport Rd. after other salesmen next door drove us away! Nick showed us different mattress brands, until we found a good one. My daughter sleeps through the night now! Tim was great. I could tell he was in charge, and even more shocked that Nick had just started! Thanks for giving us so much information! Great job guys. Greg helped us choose our mattress. He answered every question and was very patient and helpful especially with our 2 kids who tried out every bed in the store. Excellent service and we ended up buying the best mattress to fit our needs. This is the place to mattress shop!

Tim at Mattress Firm did an excellent job assisting us in choosing a mattress. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with our questions. In addition, I shopped around and the price I paid for the mattress could not be beat. I highly recommend going to see Tim and buying your mattress from him.
