I purchased a new mattress and base from Mattress Firm. I was assisted by the manager, Matt, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. No pressure from him nor any sales tactic. I consummated the sale which he set up immediately. There was a little glitch with one of the parts upon delivery and Matt immediately corrected the problem and it was resolved within days. I have a wonderful bed at a fair price from a sales person that knows his product extremely well. I highly recommend him and mattress firm!

Needed a new mattress for a move ,my salesman Mathew was very good I told him how much I wanted to spend showed me two different options, made the experience nice and easy, I’ve gone to other stores always had the same experience.

My wife and I, having recently moved to the Boca area, were in the market for a new mattress. With so many mattress retailers in South Florida, brands, and models, its hard to navigate the process.
Ike at Mattress Firm was super. Very knowledgeable on all the key brands and models, worked with us to help us figure out the best match, and walked us through all steps. He made helpful suggestions and not at all pushy. If you are in the market for a mattress or will be soon, I highly recommend to stop by Mattress Firm in Boca and talk with Ike.
