Been a customer for years, we drop in 3-4 times a week, probably spend $500 a month, and then a few days ago, we used the outdoor vacuum machine. Put in 8 quarters..it was broken. We asked for a refund...Mike, who was on duty not only refused to refund our money, but also showed no interest in fixing the vacuum.
When we passed by hours later, there was still no sign saying "Out of order" on the vacuum. We had the worst customer service ever..we used to think it was the friendly neighborhood store that cared about its local customers--but for $2.00, they threw lifelong customers in the garbage. We won't be back nor will our friends.

These guys are great. Been coming here for gas or on our bikes for snacks for 10 years. Cheaper than the station on 441 too. Always take care of us \\u0026 fair prices. The people blow are pathological, local, alcoholic, liars that bash most companies in this plaza.

Horrible and unsafe gas station do not stop here. Women that work here are very strange and rude they are doing very suspicious things in the bathroom where they are going in and out but lock the bathrooms and do not permit customers to use it. Very very weird and uncomfortable. Avoid.

They over charge and try to be sneaky about prices. They charged my husband $34 for Juul pods when they usually charge $20. Then they tried to say they didn’t do that when it happened only a few minutes before. They also ripped my daughters off for ice cream priced at $5 but charged them $10. Really shady business but people in this neighborhood go there because of convenience. Pretty messed up way of doing business.

Over priced gas, but super convenient late night, " I forgot, insert your item here " place, your going to pay seriously high prices for like children's Tylenol or cough medicines, but what are you going to do late night, so it's kinda worth the premium in that regard.
I live about two minutes away on Lyons road, so to able to run out on a Friday at 11pm and be back in 13.5 minutes and grab some rolaids and a few other things I needed is seriously clutch.
The guy behind the counter is always pleasant and friendly, which for sure helps.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service! I paid to pump my gas and realized I mistakenly drove off with out pumping and someone else used my gas went back with my card info explaining situation would not help me just cut me off multiple times gas station attendant extremely rude!!!! Wouldn't help at all Especially in the times where gas is so expensive every dollar matters. The gas station is extremely dirty probably not up to code, and alway suspicious people around and cops always at the station, the parking lot the whole situation so horrible. For marathon being such a big company that is so sad that they treat people so poorly !!!!!!!!!!! The person we spoke with said he was the owner if that's the case no way to run business!!!! Horrible horrible !!!!!!!!!!
