Lush offers a sensory overload with so many scents, but it’s a fun experience if you visit the store. I loved the setup—plenty of products to sample, a sink to test them, and helpful staff who let you browse without being pushy. They have a wide variety of body care items, so you're sure to find something you love. Holiday-themed bath bombs and bubble bars are already available, and if you like sweet scents, try the Snow Fairy milkshake—it smells like bubble gum! Prices are a bit high, but the quality is worth it. Favorites: the orange scrub and posh chocolate products.

I just want to say that The experience i had today in this store was beyond my expectations. The employees were so friendly and even helped me pick out an amazing gift for my anniversary. I will definitely be coming back to purchase my gifts for the family during the holiday season. Thank you again to all the employees at the boca raton Lush store, you humans rock!

Great products and even better service! Maddie was so amazing in providing personalized recommendations based on my product allergies and skin concerns. She was very attentive and also answered all my questions about the ingredients very thoroughly! Excited to try out my new products and will absolutely be coming back for more. Thanks Maddie!! ?

It was a great experience as usual. They did not have the body spray in stock that I wanted but was able to get a gift box for $10 more that has a smaller version and much much more. I have had the same body spray for over a year. It smells great and I always get compliments on it.

Came in today for the first time, and I really enjoyed myself. The staff seems to know what they're talking about. Loved the message of the company, so i ended up walking out with a few products. THANKS FOR THE GOOD EXPERIENCE !

Shopped in here… well tried to. The staff couldn’t be bothered to help and when I did finally get the girls attention, she was rude. Never again will I shop here. So rude.

Shows open until 9PM, arrived at 6 and it’s already closed. We drove over 45 min specifically to come to just this store. Lights are off and door is closed. It’s very much not open… smh

I visited this business and I spend almost an hour with a pink hair male salesperson. We had a lovely time as he explained all that I needed and why.
I came back after deciding to purchase ALL that he recommended.
I explained to one of the female salesperson that I came back to see the pink hair male salesperson and her response was:
"No one works here with pink hair" I was certain of what I saw. So now I'm getting confused what I was there or not, whether I did see a male with pink hair , advising me on an organic cosmetics.
I was perfectly sane of understanding what I saw.
This whole company is so delusional, they don't know reality from fiction. Nor the female salesperson nor the female manager, could tell me when to return to see the male salesperson with pink hair because he doesn't identify himself as male. This company lost a lot of money because I was about to purchase every item that this pink hair male salesperson recommended.
So this ridiculous company lost money and so did the salesperson that recommended. Absolutely ridiculous.
I am a female dissatisfied customer with this very delusional company.
This experience makes me wonder whether it is truly organic or not, maybe that's also an illusion/lie.
I strongly not recommend anyone to shop at this establishment. I'm not certain if it is organic skincare or not. When in doubt ..do do business.

I've used their products for many years, but it was my first time in this store , one girl was awesome , helpful and knowledgeable but she went to lunch the other was very standoffish, and kind of superior attitude which shocked me because she said she had worked for the company for 12 years she did answer my questions but I will make sure that she doesn't ever help me again

The staff is always so nice and friendly and very chill! They gave me a frog mask and it works pretty good ! I wish i had gotten the names of the nice people working but i will get it when i go right back to them when i need more! The store is also always stocked and super clean i love to shop there
