I have been a customer of Lund Animal Hospital for about 15 years and highly recommend them to anybody in need of veterinary services. All of the doctors and staff have been great, but Dr. Scott in particular has been amazing. His knowledge and professionalism are second to none. He always has taken the time to speak with me about my concerns, whether in person or by phone, and treated my dog as if she was his favorite patient. Unfortunately my dog recently passed away. Dr. Scott's advice and compassion surrounding my dog's illness and passing made an incredibly difficult situation just a little bit easier.

Finding the PERFECT Veterinarian is never easy, but I did! Dr. Scott Lund is the answer to my prayers. I almost had to pinch myself after meeting him, was he that good? Really? Not simply a money-hungry could care less Vet. like the others is been to. No, he really loves animals, he has twenty-three of his own! This man walks the walk and talks the talk.He is one of the most intelligent people I've talked to in a very long time. He is also current with new and innovative ideas. He's not afraid to share them. If you want a Veterinarian taking care of your beloved pet I can't recommend him more highly. So far an excellent experience with Dr Scott Lund. Very knowledgeable Got some needed meds for our dog . Girls up front could be friendlier; not sure why they are unhappy. They could be just busy

DO NOT GO TO THIS VET!!! When you have to switch vets because they are incompetant they withhold the animals medical records! I called them numerous times from a different vets office begging for my pets medical records. Lund got verbal consent over the phone from the previous owner of this cat I had adopted. They made me wait almost 2 hours for blood work paperwork and refused to send me my cats entire medical history. They kept saying Dr Kristy will get back to me but my pet was in crisis at another vets office. They actually hung up on me a few times when I called back. This vets offices is a disgrace. Why would they want me to have to pay for the same tests he had done 2 days prior? They definitely messed up on his care and wouldn't share his paperwork because they are hiding something. How hard is it to send over medical records with the owners consent?! TWO hours it took them to send incomplete medical paperwork!!! This vet is lucky my pet didn't die waiting for them to send my paper work. FIND ANOTHER VET THAT IS COMPETENT. LUND Animal Hospital is not a good place for your pet. Save yourself the stress and your pets life and go to another hospital.

Recommended by a friend who is very tough to please, and often finds fault with most businesses and employees. For her to RAVE about an animal hospital, and vet (Kristi Lund), especially when this vet is not close to her location, was a clear sign to try them. Our regular vet had supposedly found a dental issue with one of our cats. And after an EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLAR visit wellness check up with x-rays, wanted to schedule another 800 visit and then perform surgery. Dr. Lund found NO issues. Nothing. Not even a tartar build up. Totally healthy cat. Needless to say, we found a new vet today. :)

Dr. Kristy Lund squeezed us in on a very bust Saturday for an emergency visit. She was extremely compassionate and thorough and restored our faith. We would strongly recommend Dr. Lund for all of your veterinary needs. She is amazing!

I took my 9-year-old dog there she was acting weird she takes a blood test and she says oh she must have doggy dementia.. I took her back four more times and said there's no way she has dementia oh yes this dog definitely has to mention she's 9 years old.. I took her back then on a Friday and said would you please watch my dog her eyes are fluttering she's walking into walls for something wrong she's very slow when I finally picked her up late at night the doctor wasn't there but I emailed her the next day and she said oh I didn't see any difference in her than every time he brought her in and she said oh I checked her gaite. I said how could you possibly check that The dogs stumbling and falling on her chin she didn't check it she just didn't spend any time with her The place is too busy he has too many clients and not enough doctors. So then she said take a video so I did again she said take a blood test 5 more weeks went on. Finally at 3:15 in the morning my poor Annie 9-year-old husky had seizures forum in a row she came out of them that she had another one on the way there to the animal hospital in Coral Springs then she had another one there and then she went blind.. The hospital guy came out and said who in the hell told you your dog has dementia.. I said the vet in Boca Raton. So your dog doesn't have dementia your dog has something in the brain why wasn't this treated before.. I said Well I believed her I thought that's what it was but I also thought that there's something else because I brought her back there five full times. Finally that night when I sent the vet lund I sent her the video she said oh Annie doesn't have dementia she definitely has something in the brain it's very hard to tell if a dog has dementia early dementia or if a dog has a brain seizure. I said really you're telling me the other half of the sentence now you didn't tell me the other half of that sentence for freaking times that I brought her to you.. Annie died the next day. My life is totally destroyed without my dog. She spent no time with my dog at all if she did she would have saw that the dog was something more than just old age as she had put it. I do not recommend the vet just for this reason because she misdiagnosed my dog and maybe she could have been saved. Had had the doctor properly responded and looked at those videos as she was definitely having seizures because she had two of them and I filmed them for her she just basically neglected them or didn't spend the time or take the time for me.

I feel very bad about having to give a negative review as I try to support local businesses. Our 4 dogs went to Lund (as they do every 3 months for the last 2 years) to get groomed. We checked in as usual at 9 AM and came to 2PM to pickup our fur babies ONLY to find that they blindly vaccinated two of our dogs WHO by the way were not due for vaccinations until April (3 months early). 1. they never called us as the owners 2. they called our vet and retrieved only 1 record for 1 dog and chose to vaccinate him anyway. The overcharge was $440!!!! - I have called 3X for the refund and still waiting and had to call again to get them to send the vaccination records to my vet. I know mistakes happen but it is very concerning.I love our groomer but am scared now to take the dogs there as there is apparently issues with quality and staff.

Dr. Scott is always affectionate with my dog, Oliver, and makes jokes and laughs with the pet owners. This is the only veterinarian that my dog is actually been excited to visit.

I have only great things to say about them. Dr Scott has been so kind, caring and knowledgeable from the day I was desperately trying to find out what was wrong with my senior boxer. He helped us when no other vet could give a proper diagnosis. So happy someone I knew recommended them to me. We take both our dogs to them and will continue to, because we trust them and know our dogs are always cared for and are comfortable. The only vet office that doesn’t make them nervous to go to which says a lot (I’ve literally had to carry my 80 lb boy from the waiting room at another vet.) They love animals and love what they do, and it’s very clear to see. I highly recommend Dr Scott and Dr Kristi

Dr. Lund is so caring. He saved my Niko's life after he was attacked by a dog and developed a tunneling, bacterial infection. I highly recommend him and his wife!
