Anatol is fantastic!! The spa leaves a few things to be desired - no robe! No slippers! ( at least mention that while we book on the app Or on the phone so we know) No hot teas! No fruit or nuts! Basically you pay regular prices for a very discounted experience ( except for the technicians, of course)

I got my haircut here and my hair is very difficult to cut due to it being curly. They did a wonderful job and the best it has ever looked!

This is no longer a full service spa. They no longer give you a Robe and Slippers for massage or facial services. You are now told to wait in a towel, your dirty Street/gym clothes or a wet bathing suit or bring your own. The towel barely covers a 5 foot 100 pound Woman. The only reason to pay double here for services that you could easily get anywhere else within a 1 mile radius, was that they were claiming they were a " Spa" and gave you a robe and slippers and you could use the hot tub, sauna or steam first which created a " FULL SERVICE SPA" experience. You also used to be offered a beverage and hot neck wrap and this has been removed. But only at this location. It makes no sense and now is 100% not the time to be skimping out on value proposition and removing what used to be included services from long standing, regular clients. Skimpflation as well as the pandemic as an excuse to lessen services should have ended years ago. When squeezed, the first thing people cut is non essential services and if you give them less value, while charging more and a less comfortable experience, they will leave. It's a literal invitation to look for services elsewhere. Additionally, every other Lifetime across this Country I have been in gives you a Robe and Slippers for a massage or facial. It makes no sense from a corporate consistency perspective to have only this club refuse to continue Robe and slipper service in the spa. If you go to a Subway in Chicago amd get a Sub and then go to a Subway in Boca and they say " sorry we
no longer include Rolls with our Subs here anymore at this Subway but you can bring your own from home" people will stare at you in disbelief and never come back. The people who work in the Spa are all very good at what they do so I feel really bad for them. They are constantly trying to navigate horrible management decisions above them at this location that will lose them good clients and it isn't their fault. I will no longer pay extra for massage or facials here to sit in a too small, cheap towel or my dirty gym clothes... during a spa service. Or my favorite " you can bring your own robe from home". I can also have a facial or massage at home for less is the answer to that. Or, I can just go anywhere else that isn't calling themselves a " SPA" for half the price now and bring my own robe from home. Another Management fail that hurts the service providers who work there and the surviving members/spa clients who have shown loyalty through the declining and trecherous conditions these past years. I suggest you spend your hard earned money on your self care elsewhere. This is no longer a spa as the name suggests.

All I have to say is that I’m very disappointed. Every service I had was always done well but the purpose of my review is that by mistake I forgot I had an appointment and I deeply apologize to the associate and she yelled at me and took her frustrations out on me. I addressed it to the manager and I was informed that this associate did not want to deal with me anymore and that they can refuse service at anytime. I was shocked and appalled after I repeatedly apologize. I’m very disappointed that I will take my business elsewhere.Services: Body Waxing

>>> DON'T JOIN THIS GYM! <<< I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP WITH THEM FOR OVER 4 MONTHS AND THEY DON'T DO IT. EVERY TIME I CALL, THEY SAY THEY DON'T SHOW RECORDS OF ME CANCELING IT. I WENT TO THE GYM IN DECEMBER TO SEE WHAT'S GOING ON, I REQUESTED A COPY OF MY SIGNED CANCELATION REQUEST & THEY SAID THEY DON'T HAVE ANYWAY OF DOING IT. IN THE MEANTIME, I RECEIVE EMAILS ALMOST EVERYDAY THREATING ME TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP.
