Just went here for my first time. First impression, surface-level response: I loved the store, and I found great items!
I had two orange-priced items, a white-tagged item that said "2pcs." with the size in red marker, and a $4 purse. My total came out to $24.
The guy rang me up. I paid, and then he passed my items to the next woman to bag for me. While she was bagging, I started to make small talk and brought up how pretty the two-piece item I got was and how I was excited about it. She then repeated that it's a two-piece item, and I'm like, "Yeah, isn't it great?" She then started to get a bit frantic, saying he rang me up wrong and these were 2 separate items, and it should be $30 total just for that set. I told her no, it's a set that had one tag, and she continued telling me he misscharged me and told him he's wrong, and ALL of my items had orange tags. Also, WRONG! Mind you, the tags don't have a price, so I don't know if he messed up. I just know I already paid. Luckily, the guy who rang me up told her if he made a mistake, it's his fault and to just give me my items. She began to shove them in a bag all crumpled up. Basically, it was a bit uncomfortable for me, and she turned a great first impression into a not-so-great one.?

A fantastic resource staffed by fantastic people. Eric and company are truly amazing, and the shop itself is a treasure. There are few (if any) institutions in the state of Florida that I can confidently say help both the community and their customers in equal measure. I not only recommend Levi's, but genuinely laud it. It is more then worth anyone's time for a visit, and one that a person will never regret or forget.

My FAV thrift store. It's a treasure hunters dream come true. They have great prices, friendly and helpful staff, and a fab upscale store feel with gorgeous well priced items...most 50 percent off everyday. Plus treasures galore. It is so much fun to go hunting there. You never know what wonderful things you will find.

If you are looking for not only treasures and trinkets (furniture, art, clothes, shoes, small appliances, crafts, gifts for others or yourself) but also desire an amazing customer service experience while helping a resale store that helps many amazing causes...then look no further!! Levi's JCC RESALE Boutique in Boca Raton in the Shops at Unoversity Park on 20th street is the place to go. I use to live in the Boca Raton right around the corner but moved to Tamarac, Fl ...in a whole different county but trust me the drive is always worth it. The store is organized and inviting with loads of unique items. This time I called in advance looking for a specific item and Eric Goldman the Vice President of Resale Services himself answered with a smile in his voice and willingness to check and assist. He went above and beyond and told me he had a version of what I wanted and I set a time to go in. When I came in (I use a walker) to pick up the item I shopped the store and found even more things. Parking was easy and I could also navigate the store easily it was so well set up. My visit to Levi's JCC Resale Boutique was nothing short of spectacular. Eric greeted everyone and knew many customers by name. He took the time to tell me about the many ways they support the community agencies and various programs and as a previous community services Director locally and nationally I was beyond impressed by the stores layout and ways they serve the community and create a great customer experience that gives back. I highly recommended spending in ways to support 360 degrees and Eric and the team there have clearly exceeded the mark. I look forward to shopping there again... worth the drive for everything from art to furniture to clothing, shoes, trinkets and treasures. And as an fyi...Eric advised on our initial call he had another item but it was not there but would call if itbbecame available...he not called but took the time to remember me days later so color me impressed! A big thanks to Eric, the JCC Resale Boutique staff, donors and the people shopping there... together we can make a difference by shopping Levi's JCC Resale Boutique we can give back!

This is a very pleasant place to shop the prices are reasonable and they have high end quality clothing. Eddie is such a kind compassionate young man and his personality certainly makes the experience exciting.
