I recently visited LensCrafters and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff who made me feel welcome. The selection of frames is impressive, offering a wide range of styles and brands to choose from. The optometrist was thorough and patient, answering all my questions and ensuring that my prescription was accurate.
What really stood out to me was the personalized service. The staff took the time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses, considering both my style and comfort.

I walked into the store today in a hurry with my sunglasses just been broken by my 2 year old daughter. I asked if they could help me out because I needed them for my Greece trip that same night. Eunice helped me out. She ended up fixing the sunglasses better than before. They were given back to me within 15 minutes. I was grateful for the help I received. I would recommend this store just for this associate alone.

I had a great experience at the LensCrafters at Macy's in Boca Raton. Dr.Sax was very nice and helpful. My eye exam was comfortable and informative. I also had a wonderful experience with Kailani who was extremely helpful, attentive and kind. Michelle showed me a great selection of frames and was very patient. They were wonderful! This has been the best experience I've had with an eye exam and choosing glasses. I would definitely recommend them.
