They were so nice. Yesterday I went in with glasses needing a small repair and the guy just took them to the back, fixed them and cleaned and returned to me in an instant. Really was so nice and pleasant!

Rufaro was very helpful and friendly in getting my glasses and prescription.
I love the new remodel and set up at the LensCrafters on Lyons in Boca. They have a great selection of frames.
The General Manger was very helpful when I walked in to show me the different styles.

salesperson shadi was outstanding , awesome she knows her products she eligible on doing the frames with the lenses knowledgeable and also in knowing which frame would go with the lenses that I had from an older pair she was so awesome that I got a gift certificate for a person that I got the frames for so I can send her to get a examination as well just because of shadi .
I am a previous Lens crafter client and will stay with Lens crafter as long as Lens crafter hires awesome people like shadi

Spent over $2k for new progressives and frames. 2 sets of lenses, one pair of frames. Lenses made wrong. Staff is very poorly trained, found out after the fact that they added $500 of unnecessary and duplicate coatings just to bump the price. Returned all, went to Boca Family Eye Care got a great optician. Saved over $500 for a better set of lenses and two frames!! LensCrafters is a rip off and poorly run.

I’ve had my prescription glasses done there and after testing them they are too strong. I have called 5 or 6 times and the manager is very kind and understanding but this falls on the Doctor’s office. I have not received one call from them and it’s a bit frustrating. I might have to look for a new place, it’s clear they do not value me as a customer.

I purchased some lenses, two years later the tint has shrunk and the lenses are unusable. Technician is saying that it was because I left them in the car. How could you not leave lenses in cars? Did they come with a label that said “do not leave in cars”. It’s hot in Florida and this is normal use, I’ve been coming here for 10 years. I hope the company repairs these lenses. This is the second time I come here to argue this case and I’m not getting friendly responses.

Andrew Disbury had great customer service. His exceptional help was fantastic. Andrew Disbury was very professional, his presentation and efforts were as if he was corporate management. Andrew was very positive during my entire shopping experience. Employees like Andrew is why I’ve been shopping at Lens Crafters for 10yrs for all my glasses.
