Scanning your insurance card here is not an eligibility check; you won't know if your insurance was in-network until you're billed a month later.If you make this mistake, you can call the billing dept to get a discount on some qualifying invoices, but it's not guaranteed as in my case.

Medical assistant was a rude person, if you’re unhappy with your job don’t take your hatred out on people that’s only there to do what they need to do. Adjust your attitude or retire simple as that

Laureeth was amazing! She was literally so patient. I usually get poked a few times due to my tiny veins and lots of anxiety. I've been avoiding getting labs for years because of this. She really helped me calm down and get through it. We even laughed. It was the best service. I had no waiting time because I checked in early. The service was super supportive, clean, and fast. Wow!

Disgusting horrible service, I had an appointment at 2:45. Showed up on time no problem. The lady at the front desk was soooo unnecessarily rude for no reason. She was mad because I’m the last appointment of the day and have a few things that needed to get done. Tells me I have to pay 355 for bloodwork. Okay fine. I tell her may I have a break down. DOES NOT WANT TO SHOW ME. Obviously because she was upcharging me. Nasty and rude for no reason. So unprofessional don’t even waste your money here, I walked out so fast… yall lost money SELF PAY money at that, for no reason at all. Your disgusting staff is miserable.

HORRIBLE service, I made a 2;45 appointment for a 2 year old on 09/20 arrived at 2:35 and one hour later still not been seen. I explained I had just had a C-section and was waiting with a newborn and a toddler and I was just told to keep holding.

I am very afraid of having my blood taken. Its a fear. They where extremely kind, i requested a reclining chair they gave no judgement. The front desk lady and the phlebotomist was amazing. Thank you ladies!

This place is the best for drawing blood. I hate needles. Laurette is by far my Favorite technician! She is so Professional & Friendly. I hardly felt anything this last time. Shedeserves a Raise & a Bonus for her services! ?

The front desk person humiliated me in front of other patients in the waiting room,demanding that I had a saliva test. The doctor’s orders only specified a blood test, which the woman refused to do, as she was yelling at me for not knowing how to do the saliva test. I had to tell her to drop the attitude, because I was tired of being yelled at by her.

I've raised my review one star because at least I got a response from the rep to my complaint. It did take a full week for them to respond, though. I will add that the phlebotomist / person working at front desk did not present giving my credit card as "optional". She called me to the side desk, asked for my license, insurance, and credit card in a very hurried way. When I asked what the credit card was for, she mumbled something and I don't even know what. Feeling anxious about being tested for medical problems in the first place, I probably should have asked for more info or put up more of a fight but I just went with it. I was already anxious and was not wanting to be seen as one of those crazy, annoying customers that customer service so often has to put up with. Lesson learned, I will put up more of a fight next time. And lesson to all, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD. Also please note per attached email that they see nothing wrong in just charging your card and to get your billing info from your insurance company. In what world is that ok? "Charge card first, you can ask another company questions later" seems to be Labcorp's motto. I guarantee there will be a class action lawsuit about this, and I will gladly take part.

Easy check in at this facility. Also I forgot my lab paperwork and I was able to come back with no issues or delay. They were both sweet ladies. Barely felt anything. This is my go to lab corp facility.

Laurette H. The site coordinator of this Labcorp is extremely rude and has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She should be replaced immediately if people are going to want to continue coming to this establishment.

I make appointments months in advance but still end up waiting over an hour (today it was 1hr 10min wait for a 9:30 appt). Techs are usually decent though and they have a reclining chair to use if you ask for it.
