Portia and Octavia are an example of employees that provide superior customer service. I have been going to this location for 4 years now, sometimes twice or three times a month and I have experienced nothing but the most welcoming smiles and professional mannerisms.

Amazing experience!!! Portia was so helpful, sweet and so quick!!! She is the best!! I was in and out so fast!! I will be returning back for bloodwork!!!

Octavia is AMAZING! I was very nervous and anxious and told the staff I usually pass out when my blood is taken. However, Octavia kept me talking and relaxed and quickly took my blood, I barely felt a thing. I will also add I made an appointment beforehand and was taken back very quickly which was great! Thank you Octavia!

Terrible experience. I highly recommend NOT going here. They are not good at finding veins and ruin your arm. Bruises everywhere!!! They should not be in business!!!
Update- stay far away from this lab, unless you want them to abuse your arms and come home with bruises all over. Clearly they don’t even care about their reviews. Stay far away from technician “Portia” she should be FIRED!

I made an appointment the night before to try to avoid an extended wait time being so that's what I'm used to dealing with when I visit any labcrop establishment. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and promoted to check in. Checking in was smooth and easy and the wait time was no more then 10 minutes after checking in. I was in and out of there within 25 minutes. Highly recommend especially if you're running in a tight schedule.

Great experience, very little waiting and highly organized & efficient office. The cherry on top was my nurse, Octavia, who was able to find my vein with ease AND fill about a dozen tubes without any pain or discomfort. Not to mention, she shared some sage wisdom. Thank you Octavia!!! You are wonderful.

I wanted to leave a review about Eric I just left from getting my blood drawn and he was the absolute best he was so nice and patient he took the time to make me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions, when I tell you he did it painlessly that’s an understatement!! I have gotten my blood drawn dozens of times, and hospitals, doctors offices, etc.And he out did them by miles , he had his technique that he does that just makes it feel like nothing ! So if your looking to get your blood drawn there’s no question that Eric is the guy to go too

This review is for the nurse who took my blood today? Usually, I don’t write reviews, but today I was pleasantly surprised by my visit. Rita, the nurse who took my blood, has an extremely light touch. I didn’t feel any discomfort when she pricked my arm. I don't want to jinx it, but this is the first time in my life when I barely felt the needle ? Thank you, Rita! This LabCorp location is the closest to my house and it serves its purpose well. The staff is always professional and friendly, and the office is clean. There's drinking water available in the waiting room.

Octavia and Portia are amazing. Since the first time my husband and I came to this location, they were very helpful and informative. We had to come on a weekly basis and everytime they treated us great and with a friendly and welcoming smile. If I every need to go to Labcorp I woul 100% choose this one specifically because of Octavia and Portia!!! ? We also never had to wait long.
