Caryn was able to look up a piece I already have and match it with a sofa. Quick, easy and friendly. I just hope I get the delivery is in the time frame she promised 6 to 8 weeks. Some people are telling me it’s more like 6 to 8 months. I hope not. I will request a refund. So, so far it’s 5 stars.
